Servicing of 11 KVA HT Panel i/c VCB Trolly is pulled out mechanically and after servicing/ cleaning same is inserted back to panel including bushing, moving contact and operating mech. etc. as required.
P&F of 12 stages intelligent power factor controller realy (IPFC) complete as reqd.
Supply & fixing of Capacitor duty contactor (AC Control) 415 V 3Ph 50 Hz , 1NO+NC suitable for 15 KVAR.
P & F 15 KVAR capacitors in existing panel complete as reqd.
P&F 10 KVAR capacitors in existing panel complete as reqd.
Testing of HT panel on load for satisfactory performance.
Rectification of wiring of panel for protection relay and metering system.
Providing & Fixing of Jaw/auxiliary contact as required.
Providing and fixing of HT CT epoxy moulding heavy duty as per sample.
Providing and fixing of space heater with thermostat including controlling switch to maintaining the panel moisture free.
Providing and fixing of TNC (Trip Neutral Control) Switch.
Providing and fixing of power pack of rating AC 220/110 input, output 24/30 V DC for providing the supply to the tripping system.
Testing of PT and replacement of HT fuses -3 nos.
Providing and fixing of indicating lamp unit with holder.
Dismantling of aluminium bus bar suitable for 800 Amp. & 400 Amp. Load of the main panel and re-fixing the same after tapping with heat shrinkable sleeve.
Servicing of VCB cleaning of inner male and female contact with CRC, repairing of operating mech. for smooth operation of VCB after rectification of wiring etc. as required.
Providing and fixing of 24/30V, DC relay for tripping system 1 incoming & 2 outgoing. The job includes disconnection of relay from the panel, calibration and testing with primary injection test. The job includes the replacement of defective wiring as required at site. (Over current and earth fault relay)
Supplying and making indoor cable end termination with heat shrinkable jointing kit complete with all accessories including lugs suitable for following size of 3 core, XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 11 KV grade as required:120 sq. mm
