The Bidder must be registered as a Firm It can be Private Limited LLP Partnership Firm and should have a Head office in Karnataka and have been operating for a period of at least 5 years from the date of publication of this tender documentary evidence Certificate of Incorporation or Form C Labour registration Certificate

The Agency shall have a minimum of 100 Employees on roll

The Liquid Assets as on before submission of the bid consisting of Cash at Bank

The Bidder must have a Registered or Branch Office in the GBA region

The Bidder must not have defaulted in providing manpower services against contract orders placed by any PSU/GOVT Departments as of the bid submission date. Self-declaration by the Bidder shall be uploaded

The bidder must submit the Last Three years paid receipts of the Labour Welfare Fund, paid to the Welfare Commissioner Karnataka Labour Welfare Board Form D for submission

The Bidder should have paid ESI & EPF Contribution

The Bidder should have ISO certificates
