Roof top to be covered by rain resistant synthetic Tarpaulin tightly fixed and ceiling to be covered with colourful decorative cloth. All exposed surface of the M.S. structure are to be covered with colourful decorated cloth and colourful frills all around. The structure should be strong enough to with stand moderate stormy wind including all labour materials and transportation and also dismantling and cleaning the site after the function.
