Supply, Installation , commissioning and testing of eco-friendly static type complete silent Diesel Engine driven generating set capable of delivering 30KVA/24 KW as , available/manufactured 415 volts (AC 3 phase, 4 wire system of supply) 50 HZ at power factor 0.8 minimum. The DG set shall consist of a diesel engine coupled directely to alternator, of matching capacity as recommended by the manufacturer on a common base frame of rigid febricated mild steel plateform and therafter installed in the CPCB approved acoustic enclosure. (The complete set conforming to and test certificates as per CPCB norms and as specified) all as specified complete floor mounted incl all excavation PCC foundation antivibration pads, confirming to relevent National/ International standerd fuel tank with mounting arrangement and inlet, outlet, return fuel pipe arrangement, exhaust pipe with flexible coupling complete and shall comprise with the following :- (A) Engine (Prime Mover) Diesel engine 1500 RPM of suitable BHP as per manufacture's design, Turbo charged water cooled, self starter 12 volt electric battery start, complete with fly wheel and all standard fittings/fixtures as per maufacturers design including suitable engine control panel/dash board with lubrication oil, RPM cum KWH meter all standerd fittings/ fixtures as per manufacture instruction incl engine control panel dash board with eletronic techometer , oil temperture meter, oil presure gauge, water temp gauge and frequency meter (digital type including safety automatic shut down in case of fault detection such as high water temperature, low oil pressure, over speed and also including self starter, alternator, cogged V. Belt, fuel tank of capacity for 12 Hrs running with first fill of lub oil and coolant etc.complete all as specified. Make of Engine : Kirloskar / Cummins/ Greaves /Ashok Leyland.

(B) Alternator- Alternator AC alternator, 3 phase, 415 volts, 4 wire rated line current for output 30 KVA, PF 0.8, 1500 RPM of suitable insulation class enclosure/SPDP self excited, self regulated brushes, complete with AVR with +1% voltage regulation directly coupled with the above engine. (c) Anti vibration pads for mounting engine and alternater assembly on the base frame/plate or as recommended/provded by the manufacturers. (d) Base plate :- Made out of structural steel as per manufacturer's recommended design/specifications (e) Acoustic enclosure :- Provision of an integral type approved/certified acoustic enclosure (make of enclosure as authorised by the manufacturer's of DG sets and shall be complete as per CPCB norms for the DG sets to restrict the noise level to 75 DBA at one meter distance and temp rise within canopy with one light point inside enclosure with lamp, maintain the temperature inside the enclosure. It shall be made out of manufacturer's standard norms CRCA sheet with powder coated finish on outside and provided with non igniting fire retardant foam as acoustic materials. The base frame shall be of ISMC as per manufacturer's design. It shall also include the following :- (i) Silencer : suitable exhaust residential grade silencer to reduce the noise level with exhaust pipe extending to about outside the DG set. (ii) Internal wiring with PVC insulated stranded, ISI marked, FRLS inconduit of suitable size with copper lugs, thimbles etc. (iii) Fuel tank complete as per manufacturer's design of capacity 12 hours subbase fuel tanks of MS sheet of capacity duly powder coated running (minimum) complete with fuel gauge with fuel pipes etc. (f) 12V or as per manufacturer's design maintenace free batteries or (As recommended by manufacturer's) Note :- (i) Catalogues operation and maintenace manual, spare parts list overhauling manual sets shaIl also be supplied within cost quoted . (ii) Maintenance chart and manufacturer's instruction shall be supplied by with the quoted cost. (iii) Quoted amount shall inclusive of foundation, for mounting of DG set shall be made of foundation PCC (1:2:4) or as per manufacturer design of 30 cms height (minimum) from natural ground level with in overall quoted cost. (iv) Pre-commissioning test shall be carried out by Rep. of accepting officer, all testing equipments fuel and other material shall be arranged by the contractor within overall quoted cost. Note:- AMF panel shell be measured & paid seperately under respective item.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and n.exc. 1.5 m deep and getting out in soft/dense soil for laying of UG cables complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, any type of soil and spreading, in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick complete all as specified and directed.

Removal of surplus soil (any type of soil obtained from excavation) to a distance not exceeding 50 metre and depositing where directed & complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying and laying bricks common brunt clay building bricks sub class "B" complete all as specified and directed .

Supplying, filling in trenches, spreading, leveling sand cushioning for XLPE under ground cable complete all as specified & directed. (Note:- punned down 18cm thickness will be considerd for mesurement )

Supply, laying and testing cable XLPE Insulated ,screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size size 35 sq mm 3½ core compete all as specified and directed. M & L for earthing complete incl with earth work with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60cmx60cmx 6.0 mm thick buried directly in ground vertically at a depth not less than 2.25 metres below normal ground level with top edge of the plate at a depth not less than 1.5 metres below normal ground level, connected with and including GI strip 32mm x 6mm with & including GI pipe 50mm bore medium grade as protection pipe (upto the body of equipment max 7.50metre) by means of GI bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of GI and thimbles, earth plate surrounded by packed layers of coal dust and common salt 15cm thick, all around top and bottom and watering pipe 20mm bore of GI pipe light grade with funnel and wire mesh complete all as shown in Electrical plate No. 5 of SSR Part-I (2009), testing on completion including PCC chamber (1:3:6) using 20mm graded stone aggregate and RCC (1:2:4) cover and angle iron frame complete all as specified.
