Eligibility Criteria

Bidders shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by Government of Karnataka

It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee and EMD into the respective receiving bank accounts of e-Procurement on or before the last date and time of bid submission.

EMD Payments through e-Payment mode shall be made as one single transaction and payments made in part are liable for rejection.

Past Experience

The bidder should have successfully supplied/installed Automated Passenger Counting (APC) in 30 vehicles during the last three years (i.e., 2022-23, 2023-24 & 2024-25)

Others -- Purchase Orders/Invoice Copies and work completion certificates

Capabilities of Vendor

Manufacturer / Authorized Channel Partners / Dealers / Distributor of Automated Passenger Counting (APC) devices are eligible to participate in the tender.

Others -- Incorporation/Certificate of Registration issued by the concerned Authority.Others -- In case of Authorized Channel Partners /Dealers/Distributor, the firm should provide the Manufacturers Authorization Form and Declaration-2 from OEM

Financial Status

Manufacturer of Automated Passenger Counting (APC) must have minimum average annual turnover of Rs. 1 Crores for proceeding 3 financial years(i.e., 2022-23, 2023-24 & 2024-25).
