Distmantling of unserviceable Junction Box, complete all as specified and directed.

Distmantling and taking down old PCC LT Pole, complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of unserviceable MCB DB TPN of any size, complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches, not exc 1.5 m wide and n. exc 1.50 m or n exc 10 Sqm on plan & getting out, for laying of cables, foundations of poles, struts, stays etc. and getting out soft/loose soil including triming and forming bottom surface complete, all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches, exc 1.5 m wide and n. exc 3.00 m or n exc 10 Sqm on plan & getting out, for laying of cables, foundations of poles, struts, stays etc. and getting out soft/loose soil including triming and forming bottom surface complete, all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cms thick in soil back in trenches after cables have been laid and tested, poles, stays , struts have been erected and tested complete all as directed.

Removing excavated materials to a distance not exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5 m above the starting point in soils complete all as directed.

S&F LT UG cable and Supply/Lying / fixing, jointing, testing and commissioning of LT under ground cable 1100 volts grade XLPE insulated & PVC sheathed cable heavy duty armoured, with multistranded aluminium conductor laid in trenches/ ducts/ pipes/fixed on walls/poles complete all as specified and directed for following size cables :-

3.5 core 240 Sqmm

3.5 core 185 Sqmm

2 core 10 Sqmm NOTE :- (a) Excavation & earth work for laying cable shall be measured and paid for seprately under respective items of this BOQ. (b) GI pipe for laying of cable, sand cushioning, cable protection cover shall be measured and paid for seprately under respective items of the schedule (c) Road cutting involved during excavation for laying of cables etc shall be made good as per existing road. Nothing extra shall be admissible on this account. Quoted rates of the item shall be inclusive of the above provisions.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in coping to the pole complete all as specified and directed.

Boring of holes under road, paverment, hardstanding by trenchless technology using ultra sound technique and necessary machine indluding HDPE pipe of 80mm dia suitable for 0.4 mpa working pressure complete all as directed.

Boring of holes under road, paverment, hardstanding by trenchless technology using ultra sound technique and necessary machine including HDPE pipe of 100mm dia suitable for 0.4 mpa working pressure complete all as directed.

M & L for PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in foundation, filling and mass concrete making good to cheses/cutting in floor etc and exposed concrete surface finished fair and even complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying, transporting to site errecting and fixing in position Steel tubular swaged pole, 9.00 metres long, type 410 SP-31 complete with cast iron base plate, pole cap, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts, washers etc including painting with two coats of aluminium paint over one coat of red oxide primer including 3 nos band/straps in red post office box colour (300mm wide EACH) using fluorescent paint commencing at a distance 300mm from padestal of pole and marking pole nos with black synthetic enamelled paint including tarring one coat on steel surface embedded in concrete complete all as directed. Note:- Excavation and earth work, PCC etc shall be measured and paid separately under respective items.

M & L sand cushioning for under ground cable 23cm thick (one layer of 8cm thickness before laying the cable and other layer of 15cm thickness after laying the cable) all as directed. (NOTE- Thickness after punning shall be considered for payment.)

M&L for burnt bricks, sub class B bricks old size laid dry in trenches across the cable protection and flat abutting each other with gaps between adjacent bricks not exceeding 10mm with width equal to length complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S & F 40mm bore steel water tubing, Light grade, with all fittings, protection for UG XLPE laid in trenches complete all as specified and directed.

S & F 50mm bore steel water tubing, galvanized, Light grade, with all fittings, protection for UG XLPE laid in trenches complete all as specified and directed.

S & F 80mm bore steel water tubing, galvanized, Light grade, with all fittings, protection fixed on walls/poles/laid in trenches complete including dismantling of old unserviceable pipe complete all as specified and directed.

S & F 100mm bore steel water tubing, galvanized, Light grade, with all fittings, protection fixed on walls/poles/laid in trenches complete including dismantling of old unserviceable pipe complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fixing of Junction box made out of 2 mm thick CRCA sheet of size 250mmx250mmx150mm with hinged door and locking arrangement including aluminium bus bar of size 25x3mm three phase & neutral fixed on insulator, including one No MCB SP 6 Amps & painting the box with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer all as specified and as directed.

Supply and draw PVC insulated unsheathed copper conductor cable 1.5 sqmm 3 runs from street light fitting to junction box on pole of 9 meters and making necessary connection both at junction box and street light fittings including suitable size PVC conduit and fixing accessories complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate 60 cm X 60 cm X 6 mm thick buried vertically in ground to depth not less than 2.25 metres deep below ground level, with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5 m below ground level, connected to galvanized strip 32 x 6mm earth lead by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanized iron or steel besides welding at all joints as shown in drawing and including excavation and earth work, GI pipe light grade 40mm bore for protection of strip and connected to continous earth lead on pole/test point, supplying and laying charcoal dust common salt PCC 1:2:4 type B1, chamber and MS angle iron frame 40x40x3mm and RCC cover 40mm thick (1:2:4) type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate reinforced with 6mm dia round bars @ 75mm C/C both ways with MS handle 12mm dia, PGI funnel and wire mesh, 20mm dia GI pipe medium grade for watering all as shown in electrical plate No 3 on srl page No 497 of SSR Part I (2009) drawing and connection to earth test point including testing complete all as specified and directed. Notes :- (i) Outer edge of earth pit shall be 1 metre away from the outer edge of PCC chamber. (ii) The cost of earth lead /strip and GI pipe for protection of earth lead/strip upto 7.5m is included in the quoted rate. (iii) The cost of excavation, earth work is included in the quoted rate.
