Item No 01 : Design and construction of Construction of RCC OVER HEAD WATER TANK of 100000 gallons capacity complete all as specified in soil bearing capacity report, design basis report, drawings and tender documents.

Sch 'A' Part-II (External Electric Supply) Lump sum price worked out by the contractor for (External Electric Supply) as listed in Schedule 'A' Part-II against the lump sum price inserted by the MES.

Sch 'A' Part-III (External Water supply) Lump sum price worked out by the contractor for (External Water supply) as listed in Schedule 'A' Part-III against the lump sum price inserted by the MES.

Sch 'A' Part-IV (Road, Path Curvert) Lump sum price worked out by the contractor for (Road, Path Curvert) as listed in Schedule 'A' Part-IV against the lump sum price inserted by the MES.

Sch 'A' Part-V (Area Drainage) Lump sum price worked out by the contractor for (Area Drainage) as listed in Schedule 'A' Part-XI against the lump sum price inserted by the MES.

Item No 02 : Supply and fixing in repair of digital auto level controller model ALC Mk-I including top mounted, non contact ultrasonic level transmitter (probe unit), level indicating controlling box including system incorporated digital stage level, high & low alarm, pump automation etc. as all complete but without wire from transmitter to controling box as per our enclosed catalogue sensing range upto 5 mtrs ed incl the following accessories:-

Item No 03 : M & L in replacement DK Thermoplastic cable junction boxes IP 65 with metric knockouts for cable entry, weather proof for outdoor installation including glands and with 4 terminals for terminating one incoming and outgoing UG cable of size 10/16 Sqmm 2/4 core and fixed to the PSC/Steel Poles by means of suitable size of clamps with nut ,bolts and including provn for fixing 01 no of single pole MCBs 6-32 amps,10KA and MCB TPN 6-32 amps, 10 KA, ‘B’ series = 01 No inside the box complete all as specified and directed.

Item No 04 : Supply and fixing LED flood light luminaries of 120W, with pressure die cast aluminium housing with sealed toughened glass cover in frame ,IP 66 protection and with all fixing arrangement , nuts, bolts and washer connecting to electric system with 2.5 Sqmm PVC Aluminium stranded conductor 2 core up to require length and to be fixed on 11 Mtr long pole including taking down old unserviceable fitting any type and description complete all as specified and directed.

Item No 05 : S & F 48 W LED aviation obstruction light on OH tank with all necessary connections, complete all as directed and specified.

Item No 06 : Supply and fix thermoplastic cable junction box of dimension 104x104x70 mm, of make Hensel Cat No. KF0404B or its equivalent in other approved makes including one MCB single pole 6 Amp, 240 Volts, 10 kA, 'C' curve mounted on DIN rail and connected all the incoming and outgoing terminals with lugs, complete all as specified and as directed.

Item No 07 : M&L for earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode of size 600 mm x 600 mm x 6 mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below normal ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 mtr below ground level, connected to GI earth strip of size 32x6 mm (upto 7.5 metre in length from earth plate) by means of bolts, nuts check nuts & washers of galvanised iron or steel, protected by GI pipe 40 mm bore (light grade) and watering pipe 20 mm bore GI pipe (light grade) and PCC of chamber and coping shall in 1:3:6 type C-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate including excavation and earth work and removal of surplus soil and filling with black cotton soil upto ground level complete all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR Pt-I, 2009 with CI cover 10mm thick of size 300x300mm with charcoal dust and common salt complete and earth lead connected to panel including testing complete all as specified and directed.

Item No 08 : Supply, Laying in trenches 100 mm nominal dia ductile iron (DI) pressure pipe, for water mains centrifugally cast with spigot and socket ends (for push on joints), Class K-9 of standard length 5.5/6 mtr complete all as specified and as directed.

Schedule 'A' Part-II

(External Electric Supply)

M & L for dry sand cushioning to underground cables with 8cm thick before laying of cables and 15cm thick after laying and stretching of cable all as specified and directed by Engr - in - Charge. (Note:- Punning thickness shall be measured)

Material and labour for Supplying and laying un-reinforced pre cast concrete cable cover class LV, Type - 1 , flate, size 250 mm x 150 mm x 40 mm complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and laying or fixing or passing through pipe, 1100 Volts grade heavy duty cable with PVC insulated aluminium solid conductor served with an inner sheathing of PVC tape armoured with galvanised steel wire or tape and overall PVC sheathed 4 Sq. mm, 2 core nominal cross section in service connections, complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Excavating in trenches, in any type of soil not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5m in depth for foundation, etc or not exceeding 10 Sqm on plan and not exceeding 1.5m in depth for shafts, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc and getting out in any type of soil complete.

M & L for Returning, filling in excavated approved soil, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm each complete.

M & L for Removing excavated soil not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point complete.

Supply and laying GI pipe 50 mm dia light grade with all necessary fittings for cable protection complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for aluminium strip 25x3.15 mm with saddles, DNB insulator and fixing screws etc., for roof conductors and down condutors, complete all as directed.

M & L for Test point terminal block made up of gun metal or phosphorus bronze size 75x75x25mm drilled and screwed including 3 nos. 8mm dia 25mm long hex. head screw, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Air termination, single pointed aluminium rod 12mm dia and 300 mm long, with DNB insulators. complete all as specified and directed.

Schedule 'A' Part III

(External Water supply)

Excavation in trenches in soft/loose soil not exc. 1.5 mtr width and n. exc 1.5 mtr in depth and getting out for taking up or laying water pipe line for soft / loose soil.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25cm thick as in soft/loose soil.

Removing excavating material n.exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point.

M & Laying cement concrete for supporing of CI/DI/GI pipes 0.60 RM below ground level and upto 5 RM above the ground level using B2 1:2:4, 40 mm graded aggregate, smooth finishing without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Materials and Labour for,run lead joint for cast iron spigot and socket pipes and fittings for water mains, 200 mm bore, complete all as specified and directed.

"Y" junction, double branch, cross (all sockets or socket and spigot) collars, caps and plugs, complete all as specified and directed.

Materials and Labour for, cast iron fittings for spigot and socketed cast iron pipes for water mains 200 to 300 mm bore, such as Bends (any type, radius and angle) tapers any type, (straight, bend, increasing,decreasing or double socket etc.) Tee pieces single branch. "Y" junction, double branch, cross (all sockets or socket and spigot) collars, caps and plugs, complete all as specified and directed.

Brickwork for supproting / column of CI/DI/GI pipes with subclass 'B' bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in level using Cement mortar 1:6 ,smooth finishing complete all as specified and as directed.

(Road, Path Curvert )

Surface excavation n.exc (not exceeding) 30 cm deep and averaging 15cm deep and getting out .

Removing excavated material n.exc 50 m and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5 m above the starting point.

M&L 50mm thick PCC type B-1, (1:2:4) using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in sub base of floor and chequred tiles all as specified and directed.

M&L 75mm thick PCC type D-2, (1:4:8) using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in sub base of floor and chequred tiles all as specified and directed.

M&L Brick work with sub class 'B' bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius built in CM (1:4) all as spfd

M&L cement concrete type B-1 (1:2:4) using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in coping, sides of paver block or chamferred edges and like complete.

Providing and laying 80mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-30 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footpath, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc., of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with fine sand and cutting of paver block as per required size and pattern,

(Area Drainage)

Excavating in trenches, n exc 1.5M wide and n exc 1.5M depth; for foundation etc. or for shafts, wells, cess pits, manholes, pier holes etc n exc 10 Sqm on plan and n exc 1.5M in depth and getting out in hard/dense soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning filling in, including spreading leveling, watering and well ramming in layer n. exc 25 cm in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated material n.exc 50 m and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for PCC 1:4:8 type D2 (using 40mm graded aggregate) in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L burnt brick work with sub class “B” brick well burnt old size bricks built in CM 1:4 straight or curve plan exc 6 M means radious complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20 mm graded aggregate in drain and surface channels all as specified and compete.

M & L PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20 graded stone aggregate in coping including weathering slightly round chamfered angle with incl. necessary use and waste of form work for fair face surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

Extra for forming fair finished channel or drain 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete using extra cement including modular mitered stoped ends etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Add or deduct for Item no.8 above for each 25mm inner girth or part thereof over or less then 30 cm girth and –ditto— complete all as specified and as directed.

15 mm thick plaster in one layer in Cm 1:4 on concrete/fair faces of brick surface, with finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M/L Precast RCC 1:2:4 type B1 of 20mm graded stone as in cover slab in CM (1:6) complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F TMT bars 10 mm dia and over, cut to length bent to shape required incl cranking bending ,spirally for hooping for column ,hooking ends and binding with MS wire annealed not less than 0.9mm complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for 450mm dia reinforced concrete pipes, class NP3 pipes laid in trenches and jointed as specified.
