Operation and Maintenance of 13 Nos. of Gents and 13 Nos. of Ladies Public Toilet Blocks including maintaining of Water Supply and sanitary network by engaging 1 No. of Plumber Cum Pump Operator for General shift and 10 Nos. of Scavengers for Gents & Ladies Toilet block per day for 2 Shifts (5 Nos in 1st Shift (6.00 am to 2.00 pm) & 5 Nos in 2nd Shift 2.00 pm to 10.00 pm)). The work includes operation of motors and valves to ensure uninterrupted water supply to the toilet blocks, drinking water supply for parking bays, sweeping and mopping of floors in toilet blocks, cleaning of urinals, water closets, wash basins, etc complete., by using detergents / disinfectants round the clock. The rate inclusive of rectification of minor repairs in water supply, including the cost of all the consumables such as Phenoyl, Bleaching Powder, Napthalene Balls, Urinal Cakes, Broom Sticks, Bamboo Sticks, Washing Soda and minor plumbing materials for minor repairs works like PVC Solution, M-seal, Shellac, Thread, etc., and all complete as directed by Departmental Officers during execution. (The rate Excluding of G.S.T & L.W.F ).
