NOTES: - 1. All unit rate/ Basic price shall be inclusive of Packing, Forwarding & Freight Charges 2.The quantities indicated above are preliminary estimated quantities and may vary during execution. Payment shall be made based on actual quantity executed and unit rate quoted by tenderer. 3. The unit rates quoted shall include all the works/ facilities/ requirements indicated in the specification against each equipment. 4.Tenderer shall strictly ensure that Un-priced copy of the PRICE BID does not contain any Price at all. Tenderers shall submit their Price bid and the Un-priced copy of Price schedule strictly as per the Price Format (Attachment-IV OF ITT) provided herewith and it is hereby suggested not to generate their own Price Format. Any foot notes, remarks etc appearing in the PRICE BID should necessarily appear in the Un-priced copy of the PRICE BID. 5. The contractor will include all other items / works not specifically mentioned in the specification/ price schedule but are required for the completion of the project in all respects within battery limits of the scope and any exclusion to this effect is not acceptable
