Supply and errection of fabricated 9ft long GI channel X-arm of 75x40x6mm inculding back clamps/ collar clamp of 50x8mm dully drilled with installtaion of GI nuts and bolts , washers without making holes in the ST pole for instaltion as per REC standards

Supply and fixing of fabricated 10ft long GI angle iron transformer belt 50X50x6mm including back clamp 50x8mm. The angles are boted with 1.5ft angle iron

Supply and fixing of fabricated 9ft long GI channel X- arms of 100x50x6mm inculding back clamps of 50x8mm dully drilled with installiation of GI nuts , washers without making holes in the ST poles for installation as per REC standards . The channels are to be bolted with 1.5 ft channel iron fitted with back to back with GI nuts & Bolts for palcement of trasformer.

Supply & fixing ,testing, commissioning of 11 KV Disc Polymer Type. Insulators 45 KN with fittings as per REC specification.

Supply & fixing, testing ,commissioning of LT shackle Insulators 16 KN with GI U Clamps as per REC specification.

Supply and fixing of 3 No Sub Station earthing by GI Pipe 40mm or GI Rod 20mm, 2.5mtr long through GI Strip of 50x6 for neutral earthing and 25x3 mm for 2 transformers body earth , 1 no LA Earth and 1 no . GO handle earth.

Supply & installation ,testing , commissioning of 11 KV Pin Insulators (porcelain/Polymer) with pins 5KN as per REC specifications.

Supply, Fixing, testing & commissioning of Un Armoured, 185mm² 1-core PVC 1.1 KV grade aluminium cable FRLS type. ( Standard make )

Supply & fixing of G I nuts and bolts of sizes

Cement bottoming of S.T poles in 1:2:6 mix 1/6th of the height of pole below the ground and 1ft above the ground cylnerical shape with circular radius 9” from the pole centre) using 40mm crushed stone aggregate mix. As per Drawing Pit ( 600x600x1600)

Supply and laying of Guy Wire 7 SWG with turn buckle complete as per REC standard

Supply and fixing of Danger plates of HT/LT Poles with clamps

Supply and fixing of anti-climbing devices for HT/LT poles with clamps
