Reinforced cement concrete work in walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses, fillets, columns, pillars, piers, abutments, posts and struts upto floor five level including curing but excluding cost of centering shuttering, finishing and reinforcement. 1:1½:3 (1 cement : 1½ coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Reinforced cement concrete work in beams, suspended floors, roofs having slope upto 15°, landings, balconies, shelves, chajjas, lintels, bands, plain window sills, staircases and spiral stair cases upto five level including curing but excluding the cost of centring, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement with 1:1½:3 (1 cement : 1½ coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete above plinth level Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more.

Centering and shuttering including strutting propping etc and removal of form for foundation footings, bases of columns etc for mass concrete.

Suspended floors, roofs, landings, balconies and access platforms

Lintel, beams, plinth beams, girders, bressumers and cantilevers.

Edges of slabs and breaks in floors and walls Under 20 cm wide

Supplying and fixing of following sizes of medium class PVC condult along with accessories insurface/recess including cutting the wall and making good the same in case of recessed condult as required 40 mm

Providing and fixing circular/hexagonal cast iron box for ceiling fan clamp,of internal dia 140 mm, 73mm height, top lid of 1.5mm thick M.S. sheet with its top surface hacked for proper bonding, top lid shall be screwed into the cast iron/M.S. sheet box by means of 3.3mm dia. round headed screws, one lock at the corners. Clamps shall be made of 12mm dia M.S. bar bent to shape as per standard drawing.

Supplying and fixing of Concealed box with all necessary fittings complete

Agg. Below 40mm nominal size for an avg dist. Of 25 km
