CLEANING OF WATER SUPPLY OVER HEAD TANKS, UNDERGROUND SUMPS AND DISINFACTION TREATMENT AT WATER SUPPLY INSTALLATIONS AT AFS BIDAR

M & L for cleaning the underground sump of 5000 Gallons / 22500 Ltrs capacity by de-canning of water available in the sump with the help of suitable pumpsets and removing the silt/sludge deposited at bottom, cleaning the walls of the sump internal portion by using high pressure vacuum water jets and cleaning followed by anti bacterial (non toxic) spray with UV radiation for suspended bacteria killing, applying one coat of cement based paint (external snow sem) to external surfaces, internal portion with anti bacteriological hygiene floor paint with BACTRON for floors in high wear areas of the sump complete, painting all the MS & Steel items/ structures with one coat of synthetic enamel black paint and closing all the air vents with wire mesh to avoid mosquito breeding if any, writing the cleaning date and due date of cleaning with white letters over a coat of black paint back ground complete at domesticand technical area all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No. 1 here-in-before but Underground sump of capacity 25000 Gallons/112500 Ltrs capacity

M & L for cleaning the Overhead reservoirs of capacity 25000 Gallons/112500 Ltrs by de-canning of water available in the reservoir manually and removing the silt/sludge deposited at bottom, cleaning the walls of the reservoir internal portion by using high pressure water jets vacuum and cleaning followed by anti bacterial (non toxic) spray with UV radiation for suspended bacteria killing, and applying one coat of cement based paint (external snow sem) to external surfaces of existing colour and internal portion with anti bacteriological hygiene floor paint with BACTRON for floors in high wear areas of the reservoir complete including preparation and painting all the MS & Steel items/ structures with 1 Coat of synthetic enamel black paint and closing all the air vents with wire mesh to avoid mosquito breeding if any writing the cleaning date and due date of cleaning with white letters over a coat of black paint back ground complete at domestic and technical area all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No. 4 here-in-before but Overhead Reservoir of capacity 50000 Gallons/225000 Ltrs.

M & L for cleaning the Static water tank 25000 Gallons capacity by de-canning of water available in the sump with the help of suitable pumpsets and removing the silt/sludge deposited at bottom, cleaning the walls of the sump internally portion by using high pressure vacuum water jets and cleaning followed by anti bacterial (non toxic) spray with UV radiation for suspended bacteria killing, applying one coat of cement based paint (external snow sem) to external surfaces and internal portion with anti bacteriological hygiene floor paint with BACTRON for floors in high wear areas of the tank complete including preparation and painting all the MS & Steel items/ structures with one coat of synthetic enamel black paint, writing the cleaning date and due date of cleaning with white letters over a coat of black paint back ground complete at domestic and technical area all as specified and as directed

All as per Item No 6 here-in-before but of 15000 gallons capacity. Note for item No. 1 to 7:- Submission of Certificate from Air force station Health Officer for maintaining hygiene condition is mandatory before payment.

M&L for Chemical and Bacteriological and platelets testing to ascertain the Portability of water samples from CMC/Bore well supply for every 06 months to avoid anticipitated water borne diseases (if any) from source to end points of various locations from recognized laboratory duly approved by Central and State Government and submit the test results duly signed by Lab Authorities. Note:- 1. All the materials required for collection of samples duly sterilized to be provided by the contractor. 2. All Expenditure, and transportation charges deemed to be inclusive in the unit rate.

M&L for Cutting or uprooting grass on old mud phuska including cutting the bushes, plants/ trees (less than 5 inch gridth) situated surroundings of water sumps/ OH tanks and removing rubbish off the premises, cleaning surface and preparing to receive new mud plaster complete all as directed.

Mild steel plates, plain or chequered, 5mm thick or over in thickness including cut to shape and required size to match the existing trench available at pump house/ power house/ open wells sizes complete.

Mild steel framed work such as grills, gratings, etc,. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; and similar work conforming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165

Supply only Alum Grade-1 (crystal) in polythene bags (each Bag consisting of 25 KGs). Note:- The material shall be taken on charge and receipt voucher be issued. The material shall be issued subsequently as required, on Issue Voucher. The details of IV & RV shall be entered in MB before payment

Supply only tolident reagent in 500 ml bottles for testing chlorine content in potable water.

Supply only STEQUA 411 HD of Chlorine tablet/chlorine granules kit of size 50.80mm in diametre packed in floating plastic sealed disposable packet with arrangement for appropriate water contact with the tablets and circulation through the plastic packets with arrangement for string for hanging suitable for disinfection of municipal water. Disinfection capacity is 7 lakhs litres of water of obtain free chlorine of 0.5 ppm at release complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only STEQUA 411 AE chlorine tablets of size 50.80mm in diameter packed in plastic sealed disposalbe packet with arrangement for appropriate water contact with the tablet and circulation through the plastic packet, suitable for operation through suitable feeder for disinfection of water line as specified and directed Note for item No. 12 to 15.:- 1. The material shall be taken on charge and receipt voucher be issued . The material shall be issued subsequently as required, on Issue Voucher. The details of IV & RV shall be entered in MB before payment

Disconnection and removing the unserviceable Aviation Obstruction Light Unit and S&F Aviation obstruction luminaires, Die -cast aluminium housing with Red polycorbonate dome, Integral driver of supper flux 5mm 302 Nos LEDs of IP-65 including fixing arrangement like GI pipe, clamp and saddles, connecting up and testing and commissioning complete all as specified and as directed. Make : Cat No. BGAV 302 LED of Bajaj or equivalent in Crompton / Philips

Disconnection and removing the unserviceable Air Termination Rod and S&F Air termination, Single pointed, Copper rod 12mm dia and 300mm long complete all as specified and as directed.

Disconnection and removing the unserviceable submain wiring of size 2.5 sqmm and M&L for sub main wiring, complete with 2 runs of 2.5 sqmm, single core, PVC insulated, unsheathed FRLS cable,1100 volts grade,multi stranded with copper conductor cable with 1 run of 2.5 sqmm single core PVC insulated FRLS cable 1100 volts grade, multistranded copper conductor cable as earth continuity conductor drawn through and including suitable size PVC conduit pipe and accessories concealed in walls/floors/ceilings/roofs etc including cutting grooves, cheses and finishing up matching with surrounding all as specified and as directed. (For Aviation light ) Note : Two runs of 2.5 sqmm copper conductor, 1 run of 2.5 sqmm copper conductor for earth continuity and one run of conduit shall be measured as one unit length.

Disconnection and removing the unserviceable Aluminium Strip and M&L Aluminium strip 25 x 3.15mm with saddles and fixing screws etc. for roof conductors and down conductors above ground

Disconnection and removing the unserviceable Float unit from underground sump and Overhead reservoir and S & F Nylon rope of 6 mm dia one end connected to float valve and other end connected to water level indicator along with MS pulley for movement of float pointer alongwith connected items painting the water level indicator board (steel) and marking level of water both as per MKS & FPS standards all as per existing marking on old surfaces of steel including preparation of surface and painting the same complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- Marking paint will be of luminous nature and visible of scales shall be clear at night darkness.
