Excavation in trenches not exc. 1.5 m wide and not exc. 1.5 in depth for foundation of poles, stay assy etc. and getting out in hard / dense soil complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 mtr in depth for foundation. (Laying of under ground cables) in hard rock and getting out complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in including spreading levelling watering and well ramming in layers not exc. 25 cm thick each complete all as specified and directed

Removing excavated material to a distance not exc. 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exc. 1.5 mtr above the starting point of any type of soil complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for sand cushning to U/G cable in layers of 23cm thick (8 Cm before laying the cable and 15 cm thick after laying the cable) in trenches including watering and consolidation, complete all as specified and directed. Note: Only punned thickness 18 cm shall be measured and paid.

Supply and laying reinforcecd precast concrete cable cover, class HV, type1, flat, size 300mm x 180mm x 40mm laid in trenches flat complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & laying in replacement of GI tubing of 80 mm bore dia, light grade conforming to IS 1239 Part-I and ISI marked in trenches, across the road, on wall or pole including fixing arrangements, culvert etc of required length for cable protection complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out carefully unserviceable HT cable up to 95 Sqmm from trenches and relaying same after repairs in same or other indicated location incl laying old bricks received from site after testing complete all as specified and directed.( Note: Earth work, sand, bricks will be measured and paid separately)

Material and labour for laying DWC (Double wall corrugated ) pipe conforming or IS 16205 (electric cable use) of nominal outer dia 80 mm and inner dia 68mm for laying electrical cables under trenches / under road/ wall complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying in trenches or passing through pipe/ducts, fixed to wall or poles XLPE insulated screened PVC sheathed galvanized steel strip or wire armoured electric power cable with alumn conductor of cross sectional area 95 Sqmm 3 core 11 KV rated suitable for earthed system including testing and commissioning complete all as specified and directed Note : (Excavation and earth work, sand cushioning brick covers and GI pipe etc shall be measured and paid separately.

Supply and fix cable end jointing kit for 11 KV grade cable for indoor termination heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material and all accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 70 to 95 Sqmm. complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix cable end jointing kit for 11 KV grade cable for outdoor termination heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material and all accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 70 to 95 Sqmm complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix cable straight through jointing kit for 11 KV grade cable termination heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material and all accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 95 Sqmm complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Cable route indicator made out of RCC patties size 15cm x 15cm x 75cm in lengths duly engraved with (HT CABLE 11 KV) with projection of 45 cm above ground level and 30 cm grouted in foundation including PCC foundation, RCC shall be painted with yellow colour above ground and HT CABLE 11 KV will be marked with Red Colour Paint complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling & taking down old, deteriorated, switch air break and S & F with new 11 kV Isolator Double Stack with Turn & Twist, Horizontal Type, 400 Amp, each pole consist of galvanised steel base, HT insulators as per IS, non ferrous knife and spring loaded contact, arcing horns of adequate section to break the magnetizing current, including horizontal G.I. pipe adequate length for phase separation, adequate length of G.I. pipe of 25 mm for operation from ground level and operating handle complete in both OFF and ON position, jumpers with suitable conductor line, taps, clamps, colour coated HT sleeves and fittings suitable for horizontally mounting, supplied and fixed in repairs complete all as specified and directed.

S & F cross arms, bracings, supports, clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections including necessary nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending heat or hot, drilling holes for bolts, in any shape and size as directed and including applying two coats of aluminium paint (under & finishing coats) over a coat of red oxide zinc chromate primer on exposed steel surfaces after preparation of surfaces, supplied and fixed in repair complete all as specified and directed. (Note: - (i) Sizes & types of members and shape of the cross arms etc shall be as required at site all as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. (ii) Un-exposed steel surfaces shall be given one coat of red-oxide zinc chromate primer only. Cost of the same is included in unit rate of the item and nothing extra shall be paid on this account.)

S & F in replacement of Lightening arrestors expulsion type complete with all fittings, transmission class, discharge capacity 65 Kilo amps suitable for 11000 Volts including brackets, clamps, nuts, washers and connecting to 32 x 6 mm GI strip supplied and fixed in replacement complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling and taking out unserviceable DO fuse unit and supply and replace of DO fuse unit complete with insulators with metal fitting on both ends unit 11 KV complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & Fixing in replacement Pin type insulator porcelain, vitreous white or brown including one galvanized mild steel spindle, two galvanized iron washer and one galvanized iron nut, 100mm high & 65mm dia suitable for 11 KV grade working pressure fixed incl dismantling old complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling from insulators and taking down ACSR conductor any size from HT/LT over head lines and depositing to MES store yard complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Aluminium conductor of any size with GI/steel reinforced complete all as specified and directed.

Unbinding from insulators ACSR conductor any size of HT 33 KV sub station for repairs, Re-stretching of ACSR conductor to achieve proper sag and rewinding to the insulators using proper connectors/clamp and making all existing cable connections all as required at site complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down carefully transformer any capacity, any make, any type from pole / plinth by dismantling, dis-connecting HT & LT sides, earthings of transformer, supporting angles / cross arms, shifting / transporting transformer carefully from the site and shifting/refixing in other location under GE 871 EWS after cleaning and making all electrical/earthing connections complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantlling top cover of transformer of capacity upto 315 KVA , any make for repair / replacement of HT / LT bushing of transformer or for replacement of top cover gasket or for inspection of transformer or for minor internal repairs of transformer all including draining carefully transformer oil as required / upto the required level and refilling the same, re fixing the top cover of transformer after completion of the work including testing on completion complete all as specified and directed. Note - spare parts will be measured and paid separately.

Dismantling old u/s HT 11 KV bushes and fixing in replacement of HT Bushes porcelain, vitreous with brass spindle, threaded with washer, nuts, lock and rubber seal suitable for transformer of capacity up to 315 KVA complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling old u/s LT bushes and fixing in replacement of LT bushes porcelain Vitreous with brass spindle threaded with washers nuts, locknuts and rubber seal for indoor/outdoor transformer of capacity not exceeding 315 KVA complete all as specified and directed.

Repairs to the leaks of transformer from tap switch/ fins/ any pats of body, by replacing gasket/seal, or Repairs to the leaks of transformer body/fins, by welding / brazing etc complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement of temperature gauge circular dial type of standard size and dia suitable for indoor/outdoor type transformer upto 400 KVA complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for replacement and full fill up fresh silica gel in assembly at site complete all as spfd complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Top gasket made of 3mm thick cork sheet with suitable holes for 11/6.6/0.433 KV transformer of any type/capacity including providing suitable size of bolts, nuts and washer for transformer top cover complete for any capacity/size transformer complete all as specified and directed.

Cleaning of transformer of size 63 KVA to 315 KVA outer surface suitable for painting and painting with two coat of synthetic enamel paint by spray machine of light grey colour or as directed including transformer accessories such as radiator, conservator tank, marshalling box and incl writing SM No/size/ feeder name etc complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down carefully transformer any capacity, any make, any type from pole / plinth by dismantling, dis-connecting HT & LT sides, earthings of transformer, supporting angles / cross arms, shifting / transporting transformer carefully from the site and shifting/refixing in other location/Workshop for repairing/rewinding under GE 871 EWS after cleaning and making all electrical/earthing connections complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for taking out old burnt winding and rewinding of HT/LT coil of any type, capacity and make of transformer with approved quality supper enamelled copper wire/ strip of approved make of suitable gauge and number of turns along with allied materials like cork sheet, fibre glass insulations, paper insulations, cotton/ Empire tap and tube wooden blocks bolts, nuts and washer (Brass) soldering and other packing material etc complete all as specified and directed.

S & F Earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead 25x4 GI strip fixed to wall with help of insulated gutties (as per sample) on batten or recess or chases or buried in ground or drawn in conduit/pipe or fixed to poles or any other indicated situation for loop earthing etc. as required, in repair, complete all as specified and directed.

Earthing complete with GI earth plate electrode of size 60cm X 60cm X 6mm buried directly in ground vertically at a depth not less than 2.25 metre below normal ground level with top edge of earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5 metre below normal ground level surrounded from all sides by 15 cm thick and packed layer of charcoal dust and common salt filling in alternate layers etc and connected to and including GI strip of size 32x6 mm up to 7.5 mtr by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers made of brass and protected by light grade 40mm dia upto 7.5 mtr long GI pipe connected to main control board and GI pipe light grade 20mm bore for watering and including funnel, wire mesh, RCC pit cover 50mm thick and PCC chamber pit with PCC 1:2:4 type C2 (including excavation and earth work disposal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 metre) and testing after completion all as specified and shown on plate No 3 of SSR Part-I 2009 including taking down old unserviceable complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for cutting, trimming of branches along the OH conductor of LT/ HT line within 2 mtr distance aLong both side of line and dispose them at suitable place complete all as specified and directed.

Removal of unwanted vegetation/bushes/small plants/ shrubs complete inside/outside the installations all around and surface excavation not exceeding 15 cm depth levelling the ground and removing the excavated material to a distance exceeding 50 Mtr complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement of HT 11 KV bus bar outdoor type weather and vermin proof factory fabricated CPRI approved duly painted with two coat of enamelled paint, pedestal type made out of mild steel sheet 3.15mm thick, factory made, using angle iron 40mm x 40mm x 6mm and 500mm high, front opening double shutter weather proof , rust proof, dust proof with provision of rubber gasket and locking arrangement including HT bush, insulator & bus bar color code - 03 Nos and making connection with suitable size of thimbles, nuts, bolts and washers etc incl necessary earth work:- complete all as specified and directed.

Painting of steel tubular pole up to 11 mtr height incl cross arms without removing accessories with two coats of alumunium paint top to bottom after scratching old paint including making pole numbers in a 20 cm dia yello circle with number writing with black synthetic paints and painting alternative yellow circle number writing with black synthtic paint and painting alternative yellow and black strips of 30 cm each upto 1.5 mtr height from ground level using fluroscent paint including one coat of snowcem on PCC coping of pole complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting electrically, open the cover of transformer any type/size and filteration and dehydration of Transformer oil for 33/11 / 6.6 / 0.433 KV transformers, with stream line mobile filtration plant (To be provided by contractor & quoted prices deemed to include its hire charges) at a temp from 60-75 degree celsius to achieve the dielectric strength of oil 60 KV or over at standard gap as per IS 335 of 1993 (Fourth revision) to remove the moisture from winding and core complete all as specified and directed. Note : (a) Filtration should be carried out in OFF position, therefore generator and cables will have to be arranged by the contractor at his own cost. (b) Test result will be recorded before and after filtration of oil and submitted to Engr-in-Charge in a prescribed manner.

M&L for open the cover of transformer any type/size on site and filling in with new transformer oil low viscosity of approved make as per IS-335 of 1992 including heating of oil and die-electric strength 40 KV when tested at 4mm gap complete all as specified and directed.

Servicing / Calibration to 11KV HT VCB indoor type complete including the following (a)Taking out 11/6KV HT VCB of 400/630/800 Amp rating trolley from HT Panel after switching off electric supply. Checking of all mechanical/electrical/control system for proper functioning e.g. spring charge system, triping system, remote operation, indication system, upward-downward/in-out movement of HT VCB trolley,etc including opening the VCB trolly & checking the quality of insulating material,vaccum system complete.Cleaning & servicing the fixed/ moving contact & blowing out dust and applying the proper lubrication/ greasing with AP-3 grease and reassembling the VCB including connection to HT panel complete faulty parts to be replaced where required complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out relay set (O/C and E/F relays) of any make from HT 11KV VCB panel and cleaning (the contacts NO+NC should be cleaned by CTC solution and adjust if electromagnetic) and calibrate the relays by relay testing kit & proper setting as per reqd load & time delay and fixing the relay set in HT panels complete all as specified and directed. (Note for item 42 & 43) Testing of above job to be carried out by primary and secondry injection kit. (ii) Item required for replacement will be measured and paid seperately under respective items (iii) Contractor shall submit the calibration certificate of relay)
