Providing and fixing precoated galvanised iron profile sheets (size, shape and pitch of corrugation as approved by Engineer-in-charge) 0.50 mm (+ 0.05 %) total coated thickness with zinc coating 120 grams per sqm as per IS: 277, in 240 mpa steel grade, 5-7 microns epoxy primer on both side of the sheet and polyester top coat 15-18 microns. Sheet should have protective guard film of 25 microns minimum to avoid scratches during transportation and should be supplied in single length upto 12 metre or as desired by Engineer-in- charge. The sheet shall be fixed using self drilling /self tapping screws of size (5.5x 55 mm) with EPDM seal, complete upto any pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved surfaces, excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required.

Providing and fixing premium quality vitrified tiles, sugar finish, nano coating, full body floor tiles as approved by Engineer in charge, laid on 20mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand), including grouting the joints with Epoxy tile Sealant with matching texture and colour etc.all complete as per satisfaction of E.I.C. Size of tile 600/1200 mm (Note :-Basic price of vitrified floor tiles shall not be less than Rs 60/Sqft for any size without GST, freight upto destination, loading and unloading etc. Purchase voucher shall have to be submitted for price verification before bill payment of this bill )

Deduct for not using 20 mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) bedding in laying of floor tiles and jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg/ sqm.

Fixing glazed/ Ceramic/ Vitrified floor tiles with cement based high polymer modified quick-set tile adhesive (Water based) conforming to IS: 15477, in average 3mm thickness.

Providing and fixing 15mm thick Super glossy premoulded vitrified tiles for platforms, vanity counters, window sills , wall facias and similar locations of required size of approved shade, colour and texture laid over 20 mm thick base cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) or high polymer modified quick tiles adhesive with joints treated with white cement, mixed with matching pigment, epoxy touch ups, including rubbing, curing, moulding and polishing to edges to give high gloss finish etc. complete at all levels. Full body exterior vitrifed tiles of any colour and shade of size 240x80cm. (Basic price of Full body vitrifed or Engineering or Cultured granite shall not be less than Rs 135/Sqft for any size without GST, freight upto destination, loading and unloading etc. Purchase voucher shall have to be submitted for price verification before bill payment of this bill )

Providing and fixing aluminium work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections/ appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS: 1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing / paneling, C.P. brass / stainless steel screws, all complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-in-charge. (Glazing, paneling and dash fasteners to be paid for separately) : For fixed portion (For section of doors size should be of 101.60mm x 44.25mm x 2mm and weighing not less than 1.60 kg/m and window sections should be at least 1mm thick.) (Cost of aluminium snap beading shall be paid in basic item): With float glass panes of 5 mm thickness (weight not less than 12.50 kg/ sqm)

Providing and fixing Brass 100mm mortice latch and lock with 6 levers without pair of handles (best make of approved quality) for aluminium doors including necessary cutting and making good etc. complete.

Providing and fixing bright /matt finished Stainless Steel handles of approved quality & make with necessary screws etc all complete. 125 mm hollow rod minimum 10mm thk.

12 mm cement plaster of mix : 1:6 (1 cement: 6 fine sand)

Providing, fabricating and fixing panels of aluminium composite panel cladding in required shape in colour of approved shades made out of 4mm thick aluminium composite panel material consisting of 3mm thick FR grade mineral core sandwiched between two Aluminium sheets (each 0.5mm thick). The aluminium composite panel cladding sheet shall be coil coated, with Kynar 500 based PVDF / Lumiflon based fluoropolymer resin coating of approved colour and shade on face # 1 and polymer (Service) coating on face # 2 as specified using stainless steel screws, nuts, bolts, washers, cleats, weather silicone sealant, backer rods etc. complete as per instructions of Engineering In Charge. Providing and laying at c/c 1000 mm spacing well developed in polybag Plant Ficus black bearing min height of 3 feet, in pattern as directed by Engineer-in-charge i/c spreading, blending and mowing the earth and vermicompost with rack and moist the soil. Good earth and vermicompost will be paid seperately.

Providing and laying at c/c 1000 mm spacing well developed in polybag Plant Conocarpus erectus bearing min height of 3 feet, in pattern as directed by Engineer-in-charge i/c spreading, blending and mowing the earth and vermicompost with rack and moist the soil. Supply of Locally available organic vermicompost sealed packed in 5 kg. bag including delivery as specified.

Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundations etc. in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, lead up to 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m.

Providing and fixing stainless steel ( Grade 304) railing made of Hollow tubes, channels, plates etc., including welding, grinding, buffing, polishing and making curvature (wherever required) and fitting the same with necessary stainless steel nuts and bolts complete, i/c fixing the railing with necessary accessories & stainless steel dash fasteners , stainless steel bolts etc., of required size, on the top of the floor or the side of waist slab with suitable arrangement as per approval of Engineer-incharge, (for payment purpose only weight of stainless steel members shall be considered excluding fixing accessories such as nuts, bolts, fasteners etc.).

Providing & Applying highly elastic polymer modified, tough membrane, resistance to oxidation layer based on modified bitumens water based co-polymer. WATERGUARD LIQUID MEMBRANE highly resistant to aggressive soils and soluble salts on bituminious surface in two coats @7.0 kg /10 sqm. One coat of readymix priming coat @0.641 Litre /10 sqm after scrapping and properly cleaning the surface to remove loose particles, complete in all respect as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Credit item for taking away dismantled Serviceable/Unserviceable rubble stone for their own (contractor) use out side AAI premises. The material so received shall be the property of contractor. Measurement shall be same as item of dismantling of rubble stone works.

Filling and cleaning existing dummy/construction/longitudinal/transverse Joints with polysulphide joint sealing compound (confirming to grade BS:5212, Part-I, 1990 or IS:11433-1995) of approved make Dr. Fixit/Sika/Fosroc/Clean coat/Choksey/STP or equivalent including painting the sides of slab with approved primer and filling the groove 12mm width x 25mm deep including inserting the backer rod of appropriate dia of approved make to receive the specified sealing compound, providing and applying bond breaking tape and masking tape on top edges of joint to prevent accidental spillage of sealant on top surface and to give a neat finish to the sealant has been applied and tooled, all complete as per specification and direction of Engineer-in-Charge Note: This work shall be carried out through authorized or experianced applicator of M/s CHOKSY/SIKA /PIDILITE/STP/Clean Coat etc.

Cutting existing PQC and removing extra synthetic joint filler board not less than 50mm from top {to be removed at the time of filling of Polysulphide seatant), cleaning & filling Expansion Joints with polysulphide joint sealing compound (confirming to grade BS:5212, Part-I, 1990 or IS:11433-1995) of approved make Dr. Fixit/Sika/Fosroc/Clean coat/Choksey/STP or equivalent including painting the sides of slab with approved primer and filling the groove 25mm width x 25mm deep including inserting the backer rod of appropriate dia of approved make to receive the specified sealing compound, providing and applying bond breaking tape and masking tape on top edges of joint to prevent accidental spillage of sealant on top surface and to give a neat finish to the sealant has been applied and tooled, all complete as per specification and direction of Engineer-in-Charge. Note: This work shall be carried out through authorized or experienced applicator of M/s CHOKSY/SIKA/ PIDILITE /STP/Clean Coat etc.

Cutting existing PQC not less than 135mm, cleaning & filling dummy/longitudinal/transverse Joints with polysulphide joint sealing compound (confirming to grade BS:5212, Part-I, 1990 or IS:11433-1995) of approved make Dr. Fixit/Sika/Fosroc/Clean coat/Choksey/STP or equivalent including painting the sides of slab with approved primer and filling the groove 10mm width x 25mm deep including inserting the backer rod of appropriate dia of approved make to receive the specified sealing compound, providing and applying bond breaking tape and masking tape on top edges of joint to prevent accidental spillage of sealant on top surface and to give a neat finish to the sealant has been applied and tooled, all complete as per specification and direction of Engineer-in-Charge Note: This work shall be carried out through authorized or experienced applicator of M/s CHOKSY/SIKA/ PIDILITE /STP/Clean Coat etc.

Straight edge cutting of existing PQC Apron in true vertically plumb line in full depth not less than 400mm, diagonal should be checked prior to cutting for ensuring perfect rectangle, all around the existing Apron by mechanical means of disk not less than 900mm including disposal of dismantled material including all lead and lift outside AAI, premises, as per specifications and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge, complete in all respect.

Supplying of J.C.B at Jamnagar Airport including driver & diesel as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Steel work welded in built up sections/ framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required. In gratings, frames, guard bar, ladder, railings, brackets, gates and similar works.
