Excavation in foundation, trenches etcetra in earth work in all kind of classification of soil such as pick work, jumper work, pick jumper work, blasting work, soft and hard blasting and doing work in saturated soil, including chiselling or wedging out rocks where blasting work is prohibited or any other mixed variety of soil including shoring, strutting, de-watering and pumping or bailing out water (surface and sub soil water) upto any depths any quantum of water including slush which may arise during de-watering or removal of slush, lift upto any height stacking the excavated soil not more than 3 metres (Three metres) clear from the edge of excavation and then returning the stacked soil in 15cm (Fifteen centimetre) layers, when required into plinths, sides of foundation etcetra consolidating each deposited layer by ramming, watering and then disposing of all surplus excavated earth as per specification, approved drawing design as per the entire satisfaction and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material within leads, lifts and other inciddentals. Ther ate is inclusive of octroi, royality, malkhana, toll tax, GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Cutting in earth work in all classification of soil such as pick work, jumper work, pick jumper work, blasting work, (soft and hard) and conglomerated rocks including chiselling and wedging out of rocks where blasting is prohibited any other mixed variety of soil includinjg removal of slush etcetra including de-watering, pumping or bailing out water upto any heights/ depths complete filling depressions where required within all leads, lifts of material and other incidentals. The recovery for stones whether useful for 39.80 cubic metre in all cases @ Rs.300/-only (Rupees Three hundred only) per Cubic metre shall be effected from the contractor running bills on pro-rate basis as per actual quantity executed including carriage of matrial within all leads, lifts and other incidentals as per approved drawing, design and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Any loss of the public property during the course of execution shall be the absolute responsibility of the contractor which shall have to be compensated by him in all cases, as per specification, approved drawing design, as per entire satisfaction and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. Ther rate is inclusive of octroi, royality, malkhana and toll tax, sale tax or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Filling in Plinth with sand under floors including watering ramming, consolidating and dressing complete, as per specification, approved drawing, design, as per entire satisfaction and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. Back side of the cup board shall be of 8mm (Eight milimetre) thick ply, all cut portion of the shelves shall be finished with 6mm (Six milimetre) / 12mm (Twelve milimetre) hard wood edging. The shutter of the cup board from all side shall also be finished with 2.5mm (Two decimal five milimetre) thick hard wood edging. (cast iron) rungs with chequred or ribbed non slip surface including fixing in septic tank with 200mmx200mmx100mm (Two hundred milimetre into Two hundred milimetre into One hundred milimetre) cement concrete 1:3:6 block (One cement isto Three Sand isto Six graded crushed stone aggregate 20mm (Twenty milimetre) nominal size), as per specification, approved drawing, design, as per entire satisfaction and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. Supplying and fixing medium duty 500mm dia (Five hundred milimetre) diametre of cover with weight 116 kgs (One hundred sixteen kilogram), as per specification, approved drawing, design, as per entire satisfaction and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate is inclusive of octroi, royality, malkhana, toll tax, GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and fixing C.I.(cast iron) cover (medium duty) with frame for man hole internal dimension 455mmx610mm (Four hundred fifty five milimetre into Six hundred ten milimetre) rectangular C.I. (Cast Iron) cover. The weight of cover to be not less than 38 kg (Thirty eight kilogram) complete (weight of coveer 23 kg (Twenty three kilogram) and weight of frame 15kg (Fifteen kilogram) in all respect, as per specification, approved drawing, design, as per entire satisfaction and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals.
