Making 50 mm x 50 mm furrows 45 degree to the center line of the road and at one meter interval in the existing bituminous wearing coarse including sweeping and disposal of excavated material within 1000 meters lead complete as per technical (Full surface area will be measured for payment).

Compacting original ground below road crustLoosening, leveling and compacting original ground up to a level of 500mm below road crust, mixed with water at OMC, levelled, graded and compacted in layers by rolling so as to achieve minimum dry density as given in Table 300-2 for sub grade construction as per technical clause 305 of MORT&H specifications.

Providing and laying bituminous macadam 50mm to 75mm thick with Continuous type hot mix plant using crushed aggregates of specified grading premixed with bituminous binder VG-30 @3.4%, laid over a previously prepared surface with paver finisher Mechanical to the required grade, level and alignment and rolled to achieve the desired compaction complete as per technical clause 504 of MORT&H specifications

Providing, laying and compaction of open - graded premix surfacing of 20 mm thickness consisting of crushed stone aggregates of specified grading premixed in a Continuous type hot mix plant with bituminous binder VG-10 @ 1.46kg per sqm, laid with Paver Finisher Mechanical and rolling with a smooth wheeled roller 8-10 tonne capacity, finished to required level and grades complete as per technical clause 510 of MORT&H10.

Providing, laying and compaction of open - graded premix surfacing of 20 mm thickness consisting of crushed stone aggregates of specified grading premixed in a Continuous type hot mix plant with bituminous binder VG-10 @ 1.34kg per sqm, and plastic waste confirming 0.12kg per sqm laid with Paver Finisher Mechanical and rolling with a smooth wheeled roller 8-10 tonne capacity, finished to required level and grades complete as per technical clause 510 of MORT&H specifications

Providing and laying of premix sand seal coat premixed in batch type hot mix plant using specified fine aggregates and penetration grade bitumen VG-10 @ 0.68kg per sqm, carriage of mixed material to site of work, laid to the specified levels, grade and cross fall complete as per technical clause 513 of MORT&H

Providing and laying Cement Concrete 1:6:12.

Providing and laying 80 mm thick factory made cement concrete interlocking Paving blocks of M- 40 grade manufactured by block making machine equipped with steel mould clamped to a strong vibratory table with hydraulic pressure for compaction of concrete as per IRC SP 63 -2014 and of approved size and design / shape laid in Ordinary Grey Colour and pattern over and including 40 mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, filling the joints with fine sand etc, all complete as per directions of Engineer-in- Charge.

Laying First Class Dry Brick on edge flooring or paving in ordinary bonded courses or in herring bond or other special courses / bond with rough dressing of soil, final dressing of earth to give level surface and camber. Al joints shall be thoroughly filled / grouted with dry sand, applied to a thickness of not less than 20 mm over the surface of flooring and brushed into the joints, rolling the surface with light road roller after sprinkling with water complete in all respects.

Providing and making rumble strips 15-20mm high at centre, 250mm wide placed at 1m centre to centre over freshly laid bituminous layer by using close graded premix surfacing material type B at locations to control speed and marked with 100mm wide white strips of thermoplastic road marking paint. The close graded premix surfacing material type B shall conform to technical clause 512 and thermoplastic road marking paint shall conform to technical clause 803 to MORT&H specifications.

Reinforced cement concrete M-15 grade boundary pillars of standard design as per IRC 25-1967 fixing in position including painting and printing etc. complete as per technical clause 806 of MORT&H specifications.

Supplying and fixing of single mould twin shank reflective road studs made out of poly carbonate/ABS moulded body and reflective panels with micro prismatic lens or Glass Beeds capable of providing total internal reflection of the light entering the lens face with retro reflectance and chromaticity values shall be as given in the detailed specifications and the product shall conform to ASTM D4280. The raised pavement marker shall also meet all the testing conditions of ASTM D4280 and fixed to the road surface using the adhesive. Two cylindrical Polymer Shanks of not less than 20 mm diameter and not less than 30 mm length shall be molded in the RPM body. The marker shall support a load of 13635 Kg tested in accordance with ASTM D4280. The marker shall withstand flexural strength of 909 kgf force in accordance with ASTM D4280. Marker lenses shall be moulded of Polycarbonate or methyl methecrylate conforming to ASTM D788.

Road marking with hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.5mm thick including reflectorising glass beads @ 0.25kg per sqm area as per IRC:35 1997 complete as per technical clause 803 of MORT&H specifications.
