RCC : 11/2:3 mix using 20 mm ISS HBG metal for RCC items including cost and conveyance etc., complete

Brick Work in cm 1:5 mix for foundation and basement using rough stone and bond stones with simultaneous pointing with same morter etc., completed

Supplying and erecting centering for sides and soffits including supports and strutting upto 3.29m Ht for Plain surfaces including struiting etc complete

Supplying fabricating and placing in position of ribbed steel rods for reinforcement to all RCC works as per the design given including cost of steel and binding wire also in all floors etc. complete

Weathering course concrete using 20mm broken brick jelly in pure slacked lime

Finishing the top of roof with one course of Machine pressed tiles of size 23x23x2cm in 1:3 12mm thick using WCC

Paving the floor with best quality Vertified Tiles of size 600 x 600 x 8mm of approved colour. shade and quality laid in cement mortar 1:3 (one cement and three crushed stone M.Sand) 20mm thick in all floors and the top pointed with the white cement mixed same colour pigments etc..

Plastering with cement Morter 1:5 12mm thick in all floors including curing etc., complete 10 complying with standard specification and as directed.rials and labour charges etc.,

Supplying and painting the walls with two coats of wall putty as instructed by the departamental officers including preparation of surface curing, etc., complete

Providing granolithic floor finish of the following thickness with plain cement concrete 1:2:4 (One Cement, Two crushed stone M.Sand and Four aggregate) using 10 to 12mm gauge hard broken stume jelly including laying, finishing and the top rubbed smooth with power trawl, thread lining, curing etc. complete

Distembering with best Distember tw coats of approved colour over old including ncost and conveyance of all materials and and all labour charges etc complete.

Painting two coats of approved emulsion paint over one priming coat of old wall surface including cleaning preparing the surface and curing etc complete..

Towards the Cost for Supply & Fixing of MS Door & Window

Painting two coats of new iron works such as steel doors, Window, Ventilators, Window bars 16 Balustrdes etc., with best approved first quality of synthetic enamel paint of approved colour over the existing priming coat etc., complete complying with standard specifications etc..

Wiring with2*1.5 mm2 (22/3) pvc insulated unsheathed sc Cu. Conductor of 1100 v grade in suitable PVC ridged pipe on wall and ceiling with PVC accessories with tw switch box inflush with wall covered hylum sheet of 3 mm thick with painting of suitable

Light and Fan point SD 17 Supply and fixing tube light fitting and all labour charges complete

Tube Light Fittings (SD 87) Supply and fixing tube light fitting and all labour charges complete

Supply and fixing PVC PLUG POINT and all labor charges to complete Plug Point (SD 36)

Supply and fixing of single Type street light Flu. fitting complete with copper choke and condensor with TW round blocks on wall or ceiling with flu tube with PVC unsheathed copper leads from terminals to the fittings for Street light

Street Light (SD 94)

Supplying and fixing of 1200mm(40") AC Ceiling fan with stepped electronic 300W regulator with Im down rod on the existing clamp

Celing Fan (SD 106)

Supplying and fixing 110mm PVC Rain water down fall pipes etc., complete.
