Schedule'A' Part-I: E&M works

Material and Labour for 20 metre high galvanised mast light suitable for 6 to 9 lantern symmetrially fitted along with their control gear and having two point suspension system with stainless steel wire rope of 6 mm dia 97/19 guage and double drum winch with luminaire mounting arm, pully assembly, aviation obstruction light, lightning arrester spike including RCC foundation as per height 20 metre with complete eletrical wiring from bottom to top by multicore cable, junnction box and control gear along with LT feeder pillar box with necessary control accessories such as timer,MCB,contactor etc as required for the job, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing for LED flood light ,300 watt, made up of pressure die cast aluminium housing with toughened glass and high power LEDs and secondary lenses with IP66 protection complete suitable for operation on 230 volt, 50 HZ, AC supply. Make - Crompton, Mdel- CFS-501-300-57-30D-SL-GL-NGG or equvalent of Philips/Havells/JAQUAR/ WIPRO/ SYSKA

Material & Labour for earthing with galvanised steel earth plate electrode of size 60cmx60cmx6mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25m deep below the ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5m below normal ground level, connected to the galvanised earth lead by means of bolts, nuts check nuts and washers of galvanised iron strip of size 32 x 6mm as earthing lead as shown in electrical plate No. 3 of SSR Part-I connected to earthing test point all as specified or indicated including testing on completion including necessary excavation and earth work in soft/loose soil, returning filling, disposal of surplus soil, earth pit in PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate pit, funnel, 20mm dia GI medium grade watering pipe, 40mm dia GI medium grade earth lead protection pipe and pre-cast earth pit cover made of RCC (1:1.5:3) type A1 duly reinforced with 8mm dia TMT bar @150 c/c both ways, one lifting handle made of 10mm dia TMT bar embedded in cover slab and cover, wire, copper lugs etc mesh, chorcoal and common salt in alternate layer of 15cm thick complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trench n. exc 1.5 mtr wide and n.exc 1.5 mtr depth and getting out of soft/loose soil/brick all as specified

Removing of excavated surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr and depositing/ spreading where directed at level of n.exc 1.5 mtr above the starting point.

Returning filling in spreading, leveling and well ramming in layers n.exc 25 cm thick above the ground level complete all as specified.

Material & labour for sand cushioning for cable protection with dry river sand and punning to provide required cushioning for UG cable all as specified and directed

Supply & fixing bricks well burnt sub class ‘B’ bricks in trenches on cable as cable protection across the length of the cable (width wise) complete all as specified and as directed.

Material, labour & laying of heavy duty armoured, XLPE, LT under ground cable of size 10 Sqmm, 4 core 1100 V grade, PVC insulated ,PVC sheathed ,multi stranded aluminium cable of following size in pipe /trench /cable duct /fixed on wall by proper size shaped GI clamps with nut bolts etc including lugs for both ends and making good the disturbed surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repairs PVC junction box of size 300 mm x 200 mm x 105 mm with hinged type door and 4 Nos terminal including 16 Amps MCB SP, fixed on pole with necessary fixing arrengement such as nuts, bolts, washers, clamps, etc. Cat part No. GSJB-3020 make- Sintex or equivalent complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & labour in replacement of tubes of size 40 mm bore light grade galvanized with all fittings laid intrenches/ wall/ pole through MS flat (25X3 mm), nut, bolt & washers [ as reqd ] of proper sizes complete for protection cables complete all as specified and directed.

Schedule'A' Part-II: B & R Works

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing). All as specified and directed.

Material & Labour 100 mm thick Cement Concrete type C-2, 1:3:6 (40 mm graded stone aggregate) for sub base

Material & Labour screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 15 mm thick in CM 1 :4 for laying floor finishes

Material & Labour chequered cement concrete tiles with gray pigment of size 20 cm x 20 cm x 25 mm thick, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors
