Varnishing drying and impregnation of 100 HP induction motor at LIS Hanjishat of MISD Handwara by way of a. Disconnecting of all motor leads, dismantling of motor, taking out the rotor from the stator and complete disassembly as per requirement of job. b. Mechanical transportation, loading, unloading, and handling of various items of induction motor to workshop, in a load carrier auto, mini-van or similar approximately 25km on an average. c. Cleaning of motor parts by using high power high pressure water jets to remove silt and debris from motor. Varnishing, impregnation and drying of stator windings including of LT motors with standard quality varnish with proper tapings etc. d. Assembling of all motormotor and re installation at site after carrying out necessary repairs using tools and tackles and testing on full load.
