Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5M wide and not exceeding 1.5M in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil for laying of under ground cable and foundation of poles complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading leveling watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25 cm complete all as specified and directed.

Removing of excavated soft/loose soil not exc 50 m & depositing where as directed at a level n.exc 1.5 m above from starting point completed all as specified and directed.

Taking out old defective cable from trenches/ floor/road/wall/pipe/pole /service connections of any size , testing with LT magger , seggregating the serviceable part of cables and store for relaying complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and laying in replacement of OH ACSR Conductor / XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cable (heavy duty) with stranded aluminium conductor 1100 volt grade, laid in trenches/ducts, fixed on wall/inside panel, drawn through pipe of cross sectional area 10 Sq mm 2 core all as specified and directed. Note :- Rate deemed to be inclusive of connection including cable glands and lugs.

M&L for sand cushioning with layer of sand 8 cm thick before laying of cable and 15 cm after lying of cable in trenches/ducts complete all as specified & directed.

M & L for brick protection to cable using old size sub class 'B' bricks, laid flat/lengthwise perpendicular to the axis of cable all as specified & directed.

M&L Cutting of floor/wall/road/footpath for removal of LT U/G cable of any size/description and making good the same as per existing specification after relaying the same or new cable and all as specified & directed.

M&L for Boring of holes under road /pavement/hard standing or any other situation by mannual means for 100/80/50 mm bore at the depth not less than 1 mtr below ground level for crossing the cable and making good both the ends all as specified and directed at site. Note :- GI pipe shall be measure and paid separately under respective item.

S & F in replacement GI pipe light grade of following dia for cable protection, fixed to pole/ alongwall/ floor/ under road/ across the drain or nallaha etc complete all as specified & directed. (a) 50 mm dia

M&L for stay assembly complete with accessories and fittings of diameter of stay rod in 20 mm including earth work complete all as specified and directed by Engineer -in-Charge.

Dismantling stay assembly complete from the pole all as specified and directed by Engineer -in-Charge.

Dismantling of LT PCC/steel tubular pole incl coping, foundation etc and serviceable insulators from poles for reuse and shifting of poles to E/M yard or any other location complete all as specified and as directed

Supply and erection, in truly vertical position, LT Steel tublar swaged pole complete with cast iron base plate finial taper plug, bolt , nut and screwed type 410 SP 31 09 mtrs long Class -10 including painting of poles with two coats of synthatic enamel paint in black and white strips upto 1.5 mtr height from coping over a coat of red oxide primer including numbering of poles as directed by Engineer in charge. Make : Bansal/Jindal/National tube. Note : PCC, Earth work and MS work as cross arms clamps etc will be measured and paid separately.

M&L for PCC type B1 (1:2:4) using 20 mm graded aggregate as in coping to the poles complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC (1:3:6) type C2 using (40 mm graded aggregate in foundation, filing and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Cross arms, bracings, supports, clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts, bolts, washers welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts, in any hape or size as indicated or directed and inclusive of one primer coat, one under coat and one finishing coat of paint.

Dismantling of cross arms of MS channel or angle sections etc complete and setting aside for re-use with in 50 mtr complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling insulators any type any size from LT poles all as specified and directed by Engineer -in-Charge.

M&L for Pin type , porcelain, vitreous, white, borwn or green insulator including one galvanised mild steel spindle , two galvanised mild steel spindle, two galnvanised iron wahers and one galvanised iron nut, 100 mm height,65 mm dia.

Dismantling of ACSR from the poles all as specified and directed by Engineer -in-Charge.

M&L Aluminium conductor, steel reinforced incl stringing in position all as specified and directed by Engineer -in-Charge.

M&L for earthing complete with galvanised iron steel earth plate of size 600 x 600 x 3.15 mm thick burried directly in ground (earth pit not less 2.25 metre deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 metre below ground level connected to thick electrode and 32x6 mm GI strip as earthing by means of nuts bolts check nuts and washers made of galvanised iron or steel earth wire protected by galvanised iron pipe 15 mm bore (medium grade) and connected to main switch board or main control board as directed and including concrete pit in PCC (1:3:6) type C1 precast RCC cover slab 54 x 54 cm x 5 cm with reinforcement with 8 mm TMT bars @ 150 C/C with one handle and funnel for watering charcoal or coke and salt in alternate layers & necessary earth work in soft/loose soil complete all as shwon in electrical plate No 5 of SSR Part-I including testing on completion all as specified and directed.

M&L for painting the external exposed surfaces of steel tubular swaged/rail poles alongwith cross arms, bracket and connected accessories with one coat of aluminium paint including preparation of old painted surfaces and writing the details of the pole in white letters on black back ground complete all as directed.

Material and labour for Cutting of bushes and cleaning the area around the sub station including two pole/four pole structures premises complete all as specified and as directed.

Lopping / prooning of tree branches upto the extend to obtain clearance all around the LT over head lines / HT over head lines conductor upto 3 mtr from furthest conductor on pole including removing of cut branches and cleaning of site complete all as specified and directed.

Restretching of existing aluminium conductor steel reinforced (ACSR) straining properly on insulators and binding with aluminium tape/binding wire connectors, PG clamps , jumpers etc complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in replacement MCCB 415 Volts 4 pole 630 Amps 50 Hz 50 KA of existing make model and type alonwith spreader terminal with adjustable thermal setting including lugs/thimbles of suitable size in existing panels complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Make L&T/Legrand /Indoasian.

Disconnection of electric connection from LT Panel of any size dressing of cable including replacement of burnt out aluminium lugs and fixing with new lugs, nuts bolt etc complete including all inter connection with aluminium strip of size not less than 0.6Mx0.03Mx6MM 1100 volts grade and suitable current rating including painting of Panels complete with inner & outer with two coats of synthetic enamelled paint over a coat of primer including excavation & earth work required for taking out & refixing the incoming and out going cable etc complete all as directed by Engr -in Charge; Note :-Replacement of unserviceable accessories parts shall be measured and paid separately under relevent items.

M&L for day to day maintenance of external electric system i.e feeding areas of various sub stations by attending external electric complaints by maintaining all incoming and outgoing LT Feeders, LT OH lines and rectification of any fault occured in the feeder of elect distribution system involving jumpers, ACSR conductors LT cables, LT panels, fuse element, all LT feeders and connection in the service wires/cables, Removing of unserviceable portion of LTcable from trenches & cutting of cable ends & fixing of new aluminium lugs with criping tool & refixing on pole/panel/trench and attending of complaints for No Lights from poles and other type of faults in LT cable will be attended immediately by the contractor after getting the complaints.

Note : (i) Complaints pertaining to LT External Electric Supply shall be resolved by the contractor immediatelly after getting complaints. In case of failure on the part of contractor to resolve to the complaints within stipulated time, a penalty of Rs 1000/- per day per complaint shall be imposed from the contractor. (ii) The contractor or his authorised representative shall report to the concerned JE E/M at 09:00 hours dailly on all working days to receive order/instructions of the work. A register shall be maintained to record all orders & instructions and their complaints and is to be signed by the contractor/his representative and the Engineer-in-charge/JE E/M concerned. (iii) Work done register to be maintained by the contrator. A separate Docket complaints slip book shall maintained by the contractor to note the complaints/jobs and get it signed by the user after completion of work and submits to the JE-in-Charge.
