M&L, for Rendering 12 mm thick on brick or concrete surface with cement mortar mixed with WPC as per manufacturers instructions, surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete including taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walling built in CM including raking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water all as specified and directed. (Note :- WPC shall be measured and paid for separately)

M&L for Brick work with sub class 'B' bricks (old size) straight or curved on plan exc 6.00m mean radius built in CM (1:6) including demolition of brick work/stone masonry built in cement mortar complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Brick work with sub class 'B' bricks (old size), straight or curved on plan half brick wall to any radius built in CM (1:4) including demolition of brick work/stone masonry built in cement mortar complete all as specified and directed.

M&L, for Rendering 12 mm thick on new brick or concrete surface with cement mortar mixed with WPC as per manufacturers instructions, surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. (Note :- WPC shall be measured and paid for separately)

M&L for PCC 1: 3 : 6, type C-1, (using 20 mm graded crused stone aggregates) in surface channels and drains including necessary use & waste of formwork and demolition of existing old cement concrete of any description complete all as specified and directed.

Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement, including forms, moulds, mitred/stopped ends etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4, type B-1, (using 20 mm graded crused stone aggregate) as in coping, benching, for fixing hold fasts etc similar work, using necessary form work complete all as specified

M&L for 75 mm thick PCC 1;3:6 type C-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in plinth protection or similar places and finishing the surface even & smooth with out using extra cement including making joints 12mm wide to the full depth of PCC at every 3 meter and every change of direction and filling the same with mixture of bitumen & sand in ratio (1:1) by weight including necessary form work etc and including demolition of existing old cement concrete, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L fpr formwork to sides and soffits of shelves, lintels & similar work, rough finished flat surface of concrete, all as directed.

M&L for Mild steel TMT bars 8mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips, all as directed.
