Filling with carted filling sand in trenches,sides of foundations and basement with initial lead in layers not exceeding 15cm thick,watering and ramming including cost and conveyance of water to work site and all operaitonal,incidental ,labour charges,hire charges of T&P etc., excluding seniorage charges, complete for fnished item of work(APSS NO.309&310)

Plain Cement Concrete (1:5:10) (cement: fine aggregate: Coarse aggregate) for foundations and under flooring bed using coarse aggregate 40mm size hard , machine crushed granite from approved quarry including cost and conveyance of all materials like cement, sand, coarse aggregate, water etc. to site, excluding seigniorage charges, sales & other taxes on all materials and including all charges for machine mixing, laying concrete in foundations and under flooring bed, ramming in 15 cm layers finishing top surface to the required level curing etc., complete for finished item of work. CRS Masonry in L.M (1:3) 1st Sort prop using 1st sort materialstones from approved quarry including cost and conveyance of all materials like lime,sand ,water stones etc, from approved quarry,to site and including seigniorage charges,sales & other taxes on all materials including labour for cutting stones to required size and shape,mixing, of cement,mortar ,construction ,scaffolding charges,curing etc, complete for finished item of work in in foundation and basemen (BLD-CSTN-4-2).

Brick masonary 225mm thick for panel walls in super structure, parapet walls with cement mortar 1:8 prop using bricks second class or ground moulded (Non modular or traditional size) 23x11x7cm from approved source having minimum crushing strenght of not less than 3.5 N/sqmm including cost and conveyance of all materials and all incidental and operational, labour charges like mixing cement mortar, scaffolding charges, constructing masonary, lift charges, curing etc complete for finished item of work as per SS 504 for: Brick masonary CM 1:8(country)

Second Class Ornamental Plastering :Ornamental Plastering v1" to 1 1/4" thick with base plastering 1/2" to 3/4" in LM(1:3) and top finishing 1/2" thick with LM (1:2) to bring the required ornamentation ,fine rendaring with neat lime including cost and conveyance of all materials ,labour charges ,all incidental and operational charges ,Curing ect,. Complete To the required shape and size as per the approved Drawing and as per silpui Norms Units -10Sqm .
