Cost of excavation of 220KV tower foundation pits including all earth work, back filling watering and leveling.

Setting of stubs including all foundation work but excluding cost of concreting and excavation (Rate per location) for following 220KV D/C towers:- DC TYPE

Cost of Concreting for all types of 220KV D/C tower foundation including cost of cement coarse sand, stone grid, dewatering, shoring and shuttering, forming, curing but excluding cost of reinforcement bars with 1:2:4 mix concrete (RCC).

Erection of super structure of 220KV DC towers Including all works above ground level and fitting of danger , number & phase plate, Bird guard etc but excluding hoisting of insulator, hardware & accessories.

Tack wedling of all the bolts up to the height of one section or 5 Mtr. from ground level whichever is higher with three tacks of 10mm/12mm elctrode & applciation of Zinc rich point on the affected surface including cost of materials.

Installation of steel reinforcement bars in RCC foundation including cost of cutting, welding, binding and placing them in foundation pits.

Lowering down of Zebra conductor including de-hoisting of all the necessary hardwares & accessories between Section to Section Tower of all the three power conductors.

Providing and fixing of back stay for safty purpose at Loc No 36 & 38 on temproray basis.

Making of cut point at newly erected C type tower & resagging of Zebra conductor including hoisting of all the necessary hardwares & accessories between Section to Section Tower of all the three power conductors.

De-Stringing of E/w between Section to section tower.

Stringing of E/w between Section to section tower.

Dismentling of bended tower B+5 type Loc No 37

Destroying of 4 Nos RCC Chimeny below 1 mtr from ground level inclouding cutting of stub, back filling and dispose of use less concreting.

Grounding work including all earth work etc. for pipe type earthing including cost of all materials except earthing pipe.

Carriage of all required material from store to site & site to store
