RENDERING SERVICES FOR OPERATION AND MAINTENANCE OF WATER SUPPLY INSTALLATIONS OF LANCER LINE PUMP HOUSE, SHALLOW WELL, STP AND 881 REGT OTM AT AA BANAR

Rendering services for operation and efficient running of water supply pumping installation including at Lancer Line Pump House under GE Banar in three shift per day (01 No skilled operator in each shift of 08 hours continous duration) including security there of operation/running of the following as and when necessary all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge including maintaining log sheets.

Centrifugal pumping set of 75 HP at 60/75 Mtr head -03 Nos with electrical panel & sluice/Butterfly valve etc.

Chlorination as on required basis while pumping the water.

Further receiving/distribution of water at the time of supply hours as fixed by Engr-in-Charge.

DG Set 125 KVA along with AMF panel.

Rendering Services for operation/ effective functioning & up keeping of fire fighting system at FAD out side depot area at FAD main fire fighting shallow well pump house in two shift per day (01 Skilled operator in each shift of 08 hours continuous duration) to maintain the desired pressure in the pipe line and efficient performance of installation mainly as specified & directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

Horizontal monoblock centrifugel pumping set of 20 HP -2 Nos. for fire fighting purpose suitable for opration on 415 volts, 50 cycles, 3 phase, AC supply floor mounted type with electric panel & sluice valve etc complete from underground sump to SWT's pipe line.

Manning and operation of Shallow well- 3 Nos and submercible pump 5/7.5/10 HP 3 Nos and connected starting panel, sluice valve etc.

Rendering services for operation and efficient running of Sewage Treatment Plant based on principal of Aerobic attached growth No. clogging randomly moving bed bio reactor having capacity of 0.4 MLD at Banar. 01 No skilled operator for STP in two shift per day (each shift of 08 hours continous duration) all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge :-

Sewage Pump of 5.5HP capacity with MCC penal for busting the raw water. (Sl No. 731784440)

Ditto but pump set 5.5HP capacity. (Sl No. 731784441) kept as relief come standby.

Air blower of 7.5HP capacity. (Sl No. EB 07111160)

Ditto but air blower 7.5HP cpacity (Sl No.EB 07111159) kept as relief come standby.

Cleaning and operation of the following as and when required or directed :- (i) One No. Bar screen (ii) Clear water tank with accessories. (iii) 4 Nos. Sludge dring beds as directed. (iv) One No. Oil and grease trap RCC construction (v) Necessary valves, instruments & piping (vi) One No. Oil and grease trap RCC construction (vii) Two Nos. MBBR reactor in RCC construction (viii) One No. chlorine contact tank in RCC construction (ix) One No. clarifier in RCC construction

Rendering services for operation and efficient running of water supply pumping installation including operating chlorine dosing plant at 881 Regt OTM accn under GE Banar 01 No skilled operator in three shift per day (each shift of 08 hours continous duration) including security thereof operation/running of the following as and when necessary all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.-

Centrifugal pumping set of 15 HP - 2 Nos at 40 Mtr head with electrical panel & sluice valve etc.

DG set 25 KVA to be operated by the time of failure of electricity at installation & connected through change over switch/ AMF with main electric pannel.

Chlorination as on required basis while pumping the water to reservoir

Further distribution of water at the time of supply hours as fixed by Engr-in-Charge.

Operation of Distribution Valves of the connected area outside pump house as and when required.

Keeping SWT- 2 Nos filled to top level.

Maintaing required level of water in OHT 50000 Gln and UG Sump 80000 Gln incl cleaning the top surface.

Note for item No 1 to 4 :-

Contractor quoted rates for the above items are deemed to be inclusive for providing the assistance what so ever to operate the installation, carrying out the duties for proper and efficient function of the Rendering Services requirement, providing cleaning material.

Unserviseability of any part/plant will be reported immediately to JE E/M or Engr in charge.

(iv) Contractor should provide uniform (paint & shirt) and shoes to the operator in two times during contract period (dress code conf from Engr-in -Charge)

The contractor will work as per IE rule

Cleaning the complete installation daily including removing all unwanted vegetation/shrubs and maintaining garden inside the perifary of installation etc all as directed.

Operation of Distribution Valves of the connected area outside pump house as and when required.

The contractor shall submit the EPF, ESI of all operator as per HQ E-in-C's Branch policy.

The Contractor should maintain the Attendance register, wages register, duty roster and bank statement and submit to office as an when required. Otherwise at the time of each RAR.

The Contractor Handover following tools at Each installation during contract period. (i) Adjustable spinner-01 No (ii) Pipe wrench of size 12" -01 No (iii) Hammer-01 No (iv) Toarch-01No (v) PPM test kit -01 No (vi) All cleaning material and PVC pipe for guarding.

Recovery (i) Operator Absent from Duty on amount equal to double the rate quoted for shift per person (ii) Operator without uniform on duty Rs 500/- per person (iii) Non cleaning of Installation and surrounding Rs 500/- Per Installation (iv) The contractor should take the approval for main power staff from GE and submit all the document with police verification. Further process the passes to FA section and liaised with FA section for issuing passes also time to time renew the passes.
