Material and labour for earthing continuity of 20 x 3.15 mm copper strip with saddles and fixing screws on porecelain insulator/ spacer fixed at every 1 mtr length for extension of earthing strip on roof/wall and joining the same with existing/new earth test point after taking down old existing unserviceable copper strip complete all as specified and directed. Note : Joining of copper strip shall be made by brazing after fixing of nuts & bolts.

Material and labour for galvanised iron strip of size 32 x 6mm with saddles and fixing screws on poreceling insulator/ spacer fixed at every 1 mtr length for extension of earthing strip on roof/wall and joining the same with existing/new earth test point including taking down existing unservicicable GI strip complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 40mm dia galvanised steel tubes (light grade) with fittings, laid in trenches / wall for protection of underground earth strip when crossing the road / fixing on wall including taking down old unserviciable GI tube complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for cutting, bending, welding of MS flat iron of size 30mm x 3mm for making of clamps as required size and shape including nut/bolts and painting with two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and directed .

Material and labour for repairing of lightning conductor & air termination rod single or multi pointed of any type and size including dismantling of the full set and refixing after cleaning, replacing nut bolts, making straight of GI pipes, refixing of clamps and nut bolts, fixing of earth strip with proper welding/jointing by nut bolts without any loose joints, replacing of defective/broken saddle piece of any size and type and from air termination point upto earth pit, re-allignment of earth strip by fixing it on wall and reapring of disturbed portion and making good as per existing complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for cutting the road/hard standing and making good disturbed surfaces by using PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) for laying pipe complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair 50mm bore GI pipe (light grade) with all fittings for protection of cables to cross under road, hard standing, pavement etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Materials and labour for complete removal of existing treatment of old steel surfaces of LT panel board / feeder pillar box / AMF panel etc and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer including preperation of surface complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for complete disconnecting of APFC panel from all incoming/outgoing connection of any capacity, checking the serviceability of all components i.e. existing capacitors, contactors, MCB's, including replacement of indicator lights-03 Nos, burnt out 2.50 Sqmm PVC insulated copper wire-40RM, copper thimble-08 Nos, MCB's SPN 'C' Series , 10 KA (6-25Amp)- 02 Nos and re-connect the same after thoroughly clean and testing complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Unserviciable power factor controller shall be measured and paid separately under respective items as supply only.

Supply only tamper proof intelligent power factor controller with digital multi function meter display of capacity 8 Step 440 volt, 3 phase 50 Hz cmplete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for cleaning once in a month by spraying of weeds herbicide for kill unwanted vegetation around near and around electrical power house installation, around all LT panel boards and feeder pillar boxes, cutting grass, removing unwanted bushes, removing debris etc and making good of undulated ground by filling fresh soil and levelling the area to existing ground level, removing unwanted debris from the site complete all as specified and directed. Note: (i) Location - Jafferpore AF camp and approx area - 700 Sqm. (ii) In case of damage to any existing assets such as panel boards or any type of things, contractor has to make good as per the existing without any extra cost.

Labour only to attend complaints of street lights, hanger lights, focus lights and flood lights of any capacity and type with the help of one skilled electrician and one helper and replacement of defective wires, rectifying loose connections, repair of cable junction box, replacement of LED drivers, surge arresters etc complete all as specified and directed. Note: (i) All complaints must be atttended and rectified within 24 hrs from the time of information on regular interval or requirement basis. (ii) All the spares such as cables, cable junction box, street light brackets, LED street lights and any other connected accessories shall be measured and paid under respective item separately as supply only. (iii) Repair and replacement of all kind as mentioned above in each pole shall be considered as one job at one time. (iv) Safety equipments, ladder and vehicle shall be provided by the contractor at his own cost. (v) Record of complaints shall be maintained in a neat long register by the contractor and shall be put up to Engineer in charge and site executive for record before payment.

Supply only PVC insulated copper cable of 1.5 sqmm, 3 core consisting of 2x1.5 sqmm as live and neutral wire and 1x1.5 sqmm as earth wire complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only cable junction box 210x155x92mm in size, for 10-16sqmm cable size, made out of thermoplastic sheet having IP-66 protection for outdoor installation fixed with 4 way bakelite cable terminals including 03 Nos polymide gland with check nut (M-32 - 2 nos) fixed on poles with flat iron clamps of size 25x3mm, nuts, bolts, washers etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, install, testing and commissioning of factory made outdoor cubical type (CPRI approved) LT Panel of size 1.5Mx1.2Mx0.6M fabricated out of 3.15mm thick CRCA sheet, angle iron frame of size 50mm x50mmx6mm, totally enclosed weather, dust & vermin proof with cable entry and exit through bottom with double compression copper stainless steel cable glands and gaskets, front & back side operated double door with proper hinge , cable termination box and locking arrangement with copper bus bar of suitable rating fixed on porcelain insulator and painting to panel board complete with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer with spray painting on internal and external surfaces including internal wiring using with suitable size of copper conductor cables and aluminium strips for incoming and outgoing connections of all switches / MCB's / MCCB', Bus bar cable alloy, bus bar shall be insulated with colour code / sleeves / tapes including necessary PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggegate) for foundation / plateform including taking down old unserviciable panel board complete all as specified and directed.

LT panel board shall constitute with follwing accessories :- INCOMING :- (a) MCCB 4 pole 160 Amp, 415 volts, 25 KA (adjustable thermal and magnetic release setting) - 01 No. OUTGOING :- (a) MCCB 3 pole 100 Amp, 415 volts, 25 KA (fixed thermal and magnetic setting type) - 02 No. (b) MCB SPN 40 Amp, 10KA- 02 No. (c) LED indicator lamp (RYB) - 01 Set (d) Copper bus bar 300 Amp- 04 No. Note:- Quoted rates are inclusive of following:- (i) Contractor shall submit the design of the panel alongwith accessories for approval of GE before fabrication. (ii) Plateform of suitable size in PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggegate) minimum 40 cm below NGL and 45 cm above from NGL.

Materials and labour for taking out of LT panel board from the existing site of LOS DUM DUM and breaking old UNSV platform after disconnecting all the cables and removing all burnt out old unserviciable switch fuse unit and fixing / fabricating suitable angles and sheets for fixing new MCCBs and repairing of doors, hinges, locks and saddles, rewiring of CTs/PTs and bus bars etc and refixing of broken bus bars after repairing it and complete removal of existing treatment of surface and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer and refixing of LT panle board to the existing location, including PCC platform, and connecting of all LT UG cables and testing of panel board with existing load complete all as specified and directed. Note: (i) MCCBs and other accessories shall be measured and paid separately under respective items as supply only. (ii) PCC for platform shall be measured and paid separately respective items.

(iii) Welding works for MCCB mounting structure and enclosure shall be included in the quoted unit rate. (iv) Cost of painting of panel shall be included in quoted unit rate. (v) Cost for cable gland, cable lugs and other all kind of necessary accessories shall be included in quoted unit rate. (vi) Internal wiring of RYB indicators, all kind of meters and CT/PT shall be done by the contractor before re-installation at site and which cost shall be included in quoted unit rate. (vii) No vehicle shall be provided by the department for the conveyance of technicians and transportation to workshop etc. (viii) All other swich fuse units and MCCBs shall remain fitted in the LT panle board and if required, contractor has to remove it from panel and after repair works, he should fit it back as per existing position including necessary cable connections etc at his own cost.
