SR (P) to Conservation and Restoration works inside Nata mandapa, Bhoga mandapa, Bhoga passage and other places of temple during Ratha Yatra Festival at Shree Jagannath Temple, Puri (2023-2024)

Providing and fixing double scaffolding system (cup lock type) (present at site) on the exterior side, up to seven storied height made with 40 mm dia M.S tube 1.5 m Centre to Centre, horizontal & vertical tubes joining with cup & lock system with M. S tubes, M. S tube challis, M. S clamps and M.S staircase system in the scaffolding for working platform etc. and maintaining in a serviceable condition for the required duration at approved and removing it thereafter. The scaffolding system shall be stiffened with bracings, runners, connection with the building etc. wherever required for inspection of work at required location with essential safety features for the workmen etc. Complete as per direction and approval of Engineer-in-charge. (Note: 1. The elevational area of the scaffolding shall be measured for payment purpose. 2. The payment will be made once only for execution of all items for such works. )

Provision for carefully removing dust & dirt from the walls, stainless steel trusses wooden ceiling and iron mesh by way of dry wash etc. complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge

Removing white or colour wash by scrapping and sand papering the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete

Providing and applying two coats of weather coat paint on interior and exterior faces of approved brand of pale rose/off white/ivory/white of matching color over the walls in the premises of Shri Jagannath Temple as per requirement etc complete as per the direction of Engineer-in- charge.

Removing decade enamel painting by scrapping and sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete

Providing and applying 2 coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved brand of matching colour over railing, wooden doors, iron grills, on the occasion of Rathayatra in the premises of Shri Jagannath Temple as per requirement including scrapping the old surface, preparing the surface etc. as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Provision for carefully removing of old damage eroded Khandolite stone flooring average size 0.40 x 0.40 x 0.075 to 0.10 m in with cutter machine and hand tools etc. as per direction of engineer in charge

Provision for providing and laying Khandolite stone (0.40m x 0.40m x 0.075 to 0.10m) flooring by using 75% of New Khandolite stone obtained from approved quarry (Tapanga) with a wearing coat of 25mm thick in lime mortar in (1:1:1) etc. as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge

Provision of de-plastering of old decade, porous lime plaster by manually means including disposal of rubbish outside of Temple gate. (Natamandapa Roof area)

Provision for preparation of surface crack/stone joints to u/v shape by means of cutting of a depth of minimum 15 mm, cleaning of joints and sealing the joint with polymer modified cementious (PMC) joint sealant with 8 % polymer loading. The sealant mix should be ordinary Portland cement (OPC), Khandolite stone dust and arcys base polymer emulation in the ration of 1:1:1 within the periphery of temple premises

Drilling holes of 12 mm dia up to 300 mm depth and fixing nozzeles for PMC grout in the inner chamber for fill the gaps, voids and cavities

PMC Grouting with emulation added with ordinary Portland cement one part having polymer loading 10% with appropriate dose no shrink powder 0.05 part (Cebex) and plasticizer 0.05 part having pressure 0.2 to 0.5 kg per sq cm

Provision for 20 mm plastering the rough de-plastered surface in combination mortar 1:1:1 (1 lime:1surkhi:1sand) including edging and filling the joints

Provision of providing Brush bond proof guard on the top of the surface of approved brand with all complete

Provision for pointing with epoxy mortar (5:2:1) with proportion five stone dust two hardener and 1 resin after making the surface neat and clean. Ground floor, Jagamohan Laxmi temple after detailed inspection during Car festival 2023

Disposal of rubbish/ malba/ similar unserviceable dismantled or waste materials by mechanical transport including loading, transporting, unloading to the approved Municipal dumping ground for lead up to 10 KM for all lifts complete as per direction of the Engineer in charge

Provision for fixing of S.S beam made from 316 L at different openings of Natamandapa & Bhogamandap as required.

Provision for fixing of Aluminium Jali in pockets of Natamandapa to prevent entry of the bats.
