Use and removal of steel formwork to sides of pillars, posts, struts, piers, columns and stanchions of any shape / cross section for fair finished surfaces of concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F Reinforcement using High Strength Corrosion Resistant Deformed TMT Bars of Grade Fe–500D of 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending, spirally for hooping, hooking ends and binding with annealed mild steel wire not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips or welded complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F Reinforcement using High Strength Corrosion Resistant Deformed TMT Bars of Grade Fe–500D of 5mm to 10mm dia bars as in stirrups, spacers and binders, cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending, spirally for hooping, hooking ends and binding with annealed mild steel wire not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips or welded complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for brick work with Fly Ash bricks, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 m mean radius built in Cement Mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for rendering to brick / concrete surfaces, 10 mm thick in Cement Mortar 1:4, and finishing the top surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for rendering to stone masonry surfaces or surfaces other than fair faces of brick surfaces or on one side of lathing, 15mm thick in Cement Mortar 1:4, surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F Mild Steel work conforming to Fe - 290, Grade E-165 as in Hand Rails, half round or other stock section or core for wooden hand-rail straight portion, drilled and countersunk for Balusters Running Bars, for Doors, Balusters, Nosing to Steps including embedding in concrete and screwing etc., Wind Ties for roof including securing bolts, Posts and Struts in Fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, bending to shape, notching for wire, drilling holes or as in flat iron fillets [for securing wire mesh and barbed wire etc.] including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc. and similar work complete all as specified and directed.

S & F Galvanised, 2 Strand, Steel Barbed Wire 2.24mm dia, Barbed with 2mm dia bars at 75mm spacing and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts including securing or tying at crossing with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins etc complete all as specified and directed. Note: Each line of wire will be measured for payment.

S & F in repairs Concertina Coil Fencing with Punched Tape Concertina Coil made from High Tensile Spring Steel, High Carbon Wire conforming to IS – 4454 [Part – 1], of Grade – SM duly Hot Dipped Galvanised as per IS – 4826 with 230GSM, 900mm dia, 10 Metre openable length, with Galvanised coating and Punched Tape material as per IS – 513, having 50 Nos Rounds per 6 Metre length [before stretching], having medium barbs [Barb Length 24±1mm, Barb Width 19±1mm, Pitch between Two Barbs 35±1mm], Spring Core Wire [2.6 mm thick] of high tensile strength of 165 Kg / Sq.mm with tape [0.52mm thick] and weight 43.478 Grams / Metre and fixing to “Y” or Trapezoidal shaped angle iron brackets placed at 2.00m to 3.00m apart and with 6/9 horizontal RBT [Reinforced Barbed Tape] Wire, Stud tied with GI Staples and GI Clips to retain horizontal, including necessary bolts and coating with Px Compound [Anti Rust] complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Horizontal barbed wire & angle iron supports shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items of Schedule "A". Measurement shall be made for stretched length.

M & L for two coats of Synthetic Enamel paint over one coat of Red Oxide / Zinc Chrome Primer on new steel surfaces over 10cm width or girth including preparation of surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for two coats of Black Japan paint over one coat of Red Oxide / Zinc Chrome Primer on new steel surfaces over 10cm width or girth including preparation of surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 10 Sq.m on plan area and not exceeding 1.5m deep and getting out in any type of Soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 10 Sq.m on plan area and not exceeding 1.5m deep and getting out in Soft Disintegrated Rock complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 10 Sq.m on plan area and depth exceeding 1.5m but not exceeding 3.0m and getting out in Soft / Loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for PCC 1:4:8, Type D-2, using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in Foundation, Fillings, Mass concrete, Footings etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for RCC M–30 Design Mix, using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in foundations including Pile Caps, Rafts, Footings, Foundation Beams, Plinth Beams, Bases for Columns etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for walling of random rubble masonry, uncoursed, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted, built in Cement Mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for RCC M-30 Design Mix, using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in Beams, cantilevers, bressummers, lintels over 1.5m span etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Use and removal of steel formwork to sides of concrete foundations, pile caps, footings, bases of columns, raft and raft beams, sides and soffits [if any] of foundation and plinth beams and similar work, vertical or to batter for rough finished surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

Use and removal of steel formwork to sides and soffits of floor or roof beams, beam launchings, girders, bressummers, lintels, cantilevers, shelves including supports, overhangs, etc, splays between floors and beams and similar works for fair finished surfaces of concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm thick of excavated soil complete all as specified and as directed. Note: A deduction of 10% shall be made from total computed volume of filling to cater in bulk irrespective of machinery used for ramming.

Removal of excavated material [Soil] to a distance exceeding 50m and not exceeding 250 m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 m complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for preparation of newly plastered wall surfaces and applying two coats of Cement Based paint over a coat of Alkali Resistant Primer complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F Rolled Mild Steel work conforming to Fe 410-W, Grade-E- 250, Quality-A as in Framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering, Doors etc to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings [exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides] and hanging, also fastening and fixing complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only integral water proofing compound [ISI marked] of approved make.

S & F 150mm bore PVC [SWR] pipes single socketed, in any length as in weep holes complete all as specified and as directed.
