M & L for 10 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4 mixed with WPC as per manufacturer's instructions over 25 mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 (12.5mm graded aggregate), as in levellig course, Supply and lay polymeric water proofing membrane of weight 3kg/sq.m incorporating a centre core of 90 micron thick HMHDPE film including coating the surface with a coat of water based bituminous primer @ 100gms/sq.m., followed by a coat of blown bitumen of grade 85/25 or 90/15 @ 1.2kg/sq.m. each at top and bottom of the membrane including sealing all joints by thermo fusion with minium 10cm overlap incl grooving & inserting in parapt wall all as per manufacturers instructions and applying two coats of aluinium paint over a coat of primer over the top surfaces complete all as specified and as directed. (Note: WPC shall be measured and paid seperately)

Supply only integral water proofing compound (ISI marked) complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of un-reinforced cement concrete in ground floors and pavings n.exc 15cm thickness, (Below or above Ground level) and disposal of debris and rubbish to a distance upto outside MD land complete all as directed by the Engr-in-Charge

Demolition of un-reinforced cement Concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for and removing rubbish to outside MD land complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) and disposal of debris and rubbish to outside MD land complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 25 mm thick, plain cement concrete 1:2:4, type B-0 (using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub-base of flooring, etc and finished the surface even and rough complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for non-skid, ceramic, coloured tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exc 0.06 sqm but n.exc 0.11 sqm, in floors etc, including 15 mm thick screed bed in cement mortor 1:6 and set & jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match with the shade of tiles complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for glazed, coloured, ceramic, tiles of size (350mm x 250 mm/450mm x 350mm/300mmx450mm) x 6 to 7 mm thick, on vertical surfaces such as skirting, dados etc, including 10 mm thick bedding in cement mortor 1:4 and set & jointed in neat cement slurry & pointed in white or coloured cement to match with the shade of tiles complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for rendering 10 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on fair faces of brick masonry or concrete surfaces mixed with integral water proofing compound as per manufacturer's instructions and finished the surface even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. (Note : WPC shall be measured and paid separately against respective item)

M & L for applying Chemical Injection treatment in the form of Pressure Grouting by drilling 20 mm dia holes, 60mm deep @ 100mm grid at junction of bottom floor and all the internal wall surfaces of the sunken slab of toilet by injecting Cement slurry mixed with Grout Admixture "CONBEXTRA EP 10" of M/S Fosroc Chemical India (P) Ltd or its equivalent make as per list of manufacturer's at 225 Grams for 50 Kg of cement and applying a coat of Brush Bond RFX of M/S Fosroc Chemical India (P0 Ltd or its equivalent make as per list of manufacturer's complete all as per manufacturer's instructions and as directed

M & L for Plain cement concrete 1:5:10, type E-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation, filling and mass concrete, etc complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete in any position not otherwise specifically provided for and removing rubbish to outside MD land complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for use & waste Form work to soffits of suspended slabs such as roof slabs, floor slabs, landings and similar work; not exceeding 200 mm thick (Horizonal or sloping) for flat rough finished surfaces of concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Non shrink Micro concrete (Rendroc RG[S] of Fosroc), mixed with graded coarse aggregate n.exc 12mm in size in propoprtions as per the manufacturer's instructions, laid in average thikness of 80-100mm for structural members with and including leak proof form work coated with reabol mould release agent, applying one or more coat of Nitozinc primer on the reinforcement steel after cleaning steel surfaces and applying epoxy based nitobond EP for bonding new or old surfaces including providing necessary double scaffolding and removal of the same on completion of the work complete all as specified and directed. M & L for preparing old decorated surfaces of walls, etc including cornices by bromming down or by steel wire brushing, scrapping down smokes soot, moulds, moss and efflorscent salt and treating oil and greasy spot and applying one coat of white wash complete all as specified and directed.
