The rates quoted by the tenderer shall deemed to be inclusive for the following provisions in addition to the other conditions specified in the tender documents. No claim whatsoever shall be entertained at a later date on this account:- [i] The repairs shall be done by skilled workmen in the relevant field to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge. The contractor shall engage sufficient manpower for the entire period so that progress of work shall not be hampered due to non availability of labour at any time. [ii] The contractor on getting information through Site order / Works diary regarding the nature of repair to be carried out, he shall immediately respond to the same and make all out efforts to carry out the same on priority within 48 hours. In case of any delay in responding / attending the repairs within 48 hours, the GE may at his absolute discretion impose penalty on the contractor at Rs. 100/- per day per each work ordered upto 05(Five) days and Rs. 200/- per day thereafter till completion of the work in case of delay without valid reasons as decided by GE. [iii] Further, the above penalty is applicable even for the multiple locations of work at the same period. It is the responsibility of contractor to make suitable arrangements for attending the repairs simultaneously at all the places. [iv] The decision of the GE as to whether a particular repair has been attended or not on a particular day will be final and binding. The above penalty shall be in addition to the provisions made in clause 50 of IAFW-2249 i.e (Compensation for delay in completion of work).

M & L for coloured joint free Non skid Ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.06 Sqm but not exceeding 0.11 Sqm, in floors set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tiles laid over and including 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4 including dismantling existing tiles complete all as specified and directed.

S & F coloured Glazed ceramic tiles of size 450x350x7mm/350x250x7mm thick as in vertical surfaces such as skirtings, dados and risers of steps, etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match with shade of tiles laid over and including 10mm thick backing coat in CM 1:3 including dismantling existing tiles complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for rendering 15mm thick in CM 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces duly mixed with and including water proofing compound @ 2% by weight of cement, finished even and smooth with out using extra cement including taking down old plaster complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for rendering 15mm thick in CM 1:6 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth with out using extra cement including taking down old plaster complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for rendering 5mm thick in CM 1:3 on fair faces of ceilings of chajjas, slabs, roof projections finished even and smooth with out using extra cement including taking down old plaster complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of weather proof exterior emulsion (100% acrylic) paint over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of newly plastered or previously untreated surfaces of walls and applying 3mm thick wall care putty for making good undulations to obtain smooth surface and applying two coats of distemper oil emulsion over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of ceiling sand applying three coats of white wash complete all as specified and directetd.

[Note: Quoted rate shall deemed to be included for writing details of "Tank cleaned on ______ (date)" as directed by Engineer-in-Charge].

M & L for writing letters or figures (Block, Roman, Italic and Indian) not exc 30cm high on wall surfaces boldly and solidly without showing signs of brush marks complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

S & F Harrison rails, mild steel, chromium plated fixed with and including suitable brackets, stops, rollers etc complete all as directed

M & L for grinding the existing marble stair case with hand cutting machine, removing black spots and other faded surfaces on existing surfaces hand grinding, grouted with cement cream mixed with admixtures of existing floor tint where required and making the stairs to shine mirror polish complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge
