Surface dressing of the ground in any kind of soil including removing vegetation inequalities not exceeding 15 cm depth and disposal of rubbish with in a lead upto 75 m as directed.
Dismantling all types of plain cement concrete works, stacking serviceable materials at site and removing rubbish as directed within a lead of 75 m. In ground floor.
Dismantling all types of masonry excepting cement concrete plain of reinforced, stacking serviceable materials at site and removing rubbish as directed within a lead of 75 m. In ground floor.
Dismantling R.C. floor, roof, beams etc. including cutting rods and removing rubbish as directed within a lead of 75 m. including stacking of steel bars. In ground floor.
Removal of rubbish, earth etc. from the working site and disposal of the same beyond the compound, in conformity with the Municipal / Corporation Rules for such disposal, loading into truck and cleaning the site in all respect as per direction of Engineer in charge.
Earth work in excavation of foundation trenches or drains, in all sorts of soil (including mixed soil but excluding laterite or sand stone) including removing spreading or stacking the spoils within a lead of 75m as directed. The item includes necessary trimming the sides of trenches, leveling dressing & ramming the bottom, bailing out water etc. as required complete. a) Depth of excavation not exceeding 1500mm.
Earth work in filling in foundation trenches or plinth with good earth in layers not exceeding 150mm. including watering and ramming etc. layer by layer complete. (Payment to be made on the basis of measurement of finished quantity of work). (a) With earth obtained from excavation of foundation.
A) Filling in foundation or plinth by silver sand in layers not exceeding 150 mm. as directed and consolidating same by thorough saturation with water ramming complete, including the cost of supply of sand. (Payment to be made on measurement of finished quantity)
Brick work with 1st class bricks in cement mortar (1:6). a) In Foundation & Plinth.
Stripping off worn out plaster and raking out joints of walls, celings etc. upto any height and in any floor including removing rubbish and stacking anywhere within the compound as directed.
Removing loose scales, blisters etc. from old painted surface and thoroughly smoothening the surface to make the same suitable for receiving fresh coat of paint.
Single brick flat soling of picked jhama bricks including removing & dressing bed to proper level & filling joints with powered earth or local sand.
Cement concrete with graded stone ballast (40 mm size excluding shuttering). In ground floor. Pakur variety. 1:3:6 proportion.
Ordinary Cement Concrete (mix 1: 2: 4) with graded stone chips (20 mm nominal size) excluding shuttering and reinforcement if any, in ground floor as per relevant IS codes. Pakur variety. Consider a distance of 15 Km from Sealdah Railway station.

Reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in all sorts of structures including distribution bars, stirrups,binders etc. including supply of rods, initial straightening and removal of loose rust (if necessary), cutting to requisite length, hooking and bending to correct shape,placing in proper position and binding with 16 gauge black annealed wire at every inter-section, complete as per drawing and direction. Plaster (to wall, floor, ceiling etc.) with sand cement mortar including rounding off or chamfering corners as directed and racking out joints or roughening of concrete surface by chipping etc. including throating, nosing and drip course where necessary. Excluding cost of chipping over concrete surface.
ii) 15 mm thick plaster with (1:6) cement mortar.
Neat cement punning about 1.5 mm. thick in wall, dado, window, sills, floor, drain etc.
Applying Inerior grade Acrylic Primer of approved quality and brand on plaster or concrete surface old or new surface to receive Distemper/ Acrylic emulsion paint including scraping and preparing the surface throughly, complete as per manufacturer's specification and as per direction of the EIC. One coat. Water based interior grade Acrylic Primer. In Ground Floor.
Applying Acrylic Emulsion paint of approved make and brand on walls and ceiling including sand papering in intermediate coats including putty (to be done under specific instruction of Superintending Engineer): Two coats: Standard Quuality.
Applying exterior grade Acrylic Primer of approved quality and brand on plastered or concrete surface old or new surface to receive decorative texture (matt finish) or smooth finish Acrylic exterior emulsion paint including scrapping and preparing the surface thoroughly, complete as per manufacturer’s specification and as per direction of the EI. Water based interior grade Acrylic Primer. One coat. In ground floor.
Protective and decorative Acrylic exterior emulsion paint of approved quality, as per manufacturer's specification and as per direction of EIC to be applied over acrylic primer as required. The rates includes cost of materials labour, scaffolding and all incidental charges but excluding the cost of primer. In Ground floor (Two Coat) a) Normal Acrylic Emulsion
ii) Priming one coat on steel or other metal surface with synthetic oil bound primer of approved quality including smoothening surface by sand papering etc.
Painting with best quality synthetic enamel paint of approved make and brand including smoothening surface by sand papering etc. including using of approved putty etc. on the surface, if necessary.
b) On steel or other metal surface. With super gloss (hi-gloss). Two coats (with any shade except white).
Providing and laying of Filter media with granular materials/stone crushed aggregates/brick aggregates /river bed materials satisfying the requirements laid down in clause 2504.2.2 of MoRT&H Specifications to a thickness of not less than 600 mm with smaller size towards the soil and bigger size towards the wall and provided over the entire surface behind abutment, wing wall and return wall to the full height compacted to a firm condition complete as per drawing and technical specification. Add cost at site of 0.72 m3 of granular materials/stone crushed aggregates/brick aggregates/river bed materials and 0.48 m3 of coarse sand (dry loose volume) to arrive at the consolidated rate. (including cost of materials)
