M&L for prepartion of newly plastered surface of wall applying two coats of weatherproof paint on external surfaces including a coat of alkali resistant priming paint complete all as specified.

M&L for joint free non-skid ceramic tiles 7mm to 8mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exc 0.11sqm but n.exc 0.18sqm, of approved colour in floors, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed with coloured cement to match the tile colour. over 15mm thick screed bed in CM (1:6) for floor.

Ditto above item No 12 but on skirting over 10 mm th rendering in CM 1:4 complete.

M & L Glazed ceramic coloured tiles 300 mm x 450 mm x 6 to 7 mm thick,as in skirting, dados, risers to steps, etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match tiles over and including 10 mm thick rendering in CM (1:4) complete.

M&L for Non-skid coloured Ceramic tiles of size 300 x 300 x 7 to 8 mm thick (square/ rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.06 sqm but not exceeding 0.11 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the coloured tiles over and including 15mm thick Screed bed or bedding layer in CM 1:6 for laying floor finishes complete all as specified.

M & L for taking out old water proofing treatment from roof including cement screed bed and applying water proofing treatment to RCC roof slab as specified below and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge :- (a) Rendering 10mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 using water proofing compound @ 3% of weight of cement on RCC roof slab, finished even & smooth without using extra cement (b) The roof surface shall be thoroughly wire brushed cleaned to eliminate all sharp projection, washed, dried up and cleaned of all foreign material and dust to receive primer. (c) On the dried plastered surface, one coat of approved bituminious primer @ 0.25 Kg/Sqm shall be applied. (d) On this primered surface, APP modified bituminous membrane with non woven polyster mat reinforcement weighing not less than 3 Kg/Sqm with plain finish shall be laid by torch application method (e) The overlap while torching shall be 100mm on transverse direction and 75mm on longitudinal direction. (f) Top surface shall be applied with bituminious aluminium paint (g) The treatment shall be carried as per manufacturer’s instructions and removal and roughening of existing treatment if any may be done before application of above as directed by Engineer-in-charge. (for Six Esh shed only)

Taking down of existing cement plaster of any thickness from RCC SWT on internal concrete surfaces, including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc all as specified.

M&L for cement concerete 1:3:6 Type C-2 (Using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in surface channel and drain bed complete all as specified and as directed.

Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel up to 45 cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement, including forms, moulds, mitred/stopped ends etc.complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of new steel surfaces over 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer.

M & L for applying two coats of high performance, elastomeric, cementitous water proofing coating "NITCOTE CM 120 (Grey colour) of M/s FOSROC or equivalent of make M/s Sika India Pvt Ltd/ M/s supreme Bituchem India Pvt Ltd/M/s STP Ltd/ M/s Choksey Chemical Pvt Ltd" over the prepared surface on base and sides by spray pumps ( Minimum 1mm thick including material, labour. complete as per manufacturers specification with 15 mm rendering in CM 1:4 . Note: The material shall be confirming to the following parameter:- (i) Pot life 20°C: 2 Hours, (ii) Pot life at 35°C: 1 Hour, (iii) Colour : Grey/white, (iv) Mixed density : 1950Kg/Cum , (v) Minimum application temperature : 5°C, (vi) Resistance to positive side water pressure: 5 Bar (50m head of water), (vii) Resistance to positive side water pressure : 2 Bar (20m head of water)

M& L for drilling 16mm dia holes at an angle 45° using pneumatic hammer for a minimum length 2/3rd the thickness of structural member on inner/positive face at 1m c/c (max) over entire face of structural member. ( staggered grid pattern shall be adopted including construction joints and critical point treatment as per manufacturers recommendations) inject cement slurry admixed with non shrink, portable and non- bio degradable expanding grout free from chloride "Cebex100 " of FOSROC or equivalent of make M/s Sika India Pvt Ltd/ M/s supreme Bituchem India Pvt Ltd/M/s STP Ltd/ M/s Choksey Chemical Pvt Ltd to be added with OPC & water by low pressure hand pump as per manufacturers recommendations through out the net work by nozzles untill refusal. Notes: (i) Cost shall include placing GI/PVC nozzoles in the drilled holes along with cement paste admixed with quick setting compound as per manufacturers recommendation (Renderoc Plug of FOSROC or equivalent of make M/s Sika India Pvt Ltd/ M/s supreme Bituchem India Pvt Ltd/M/s STP Ltd/ M/s Choksey Chemical Pvt Ltd). . .
