SUPPLY, INSTALLATION, TESTING AND COMMISSIONING OF 500 KVA LT DG SET AT WHARF

Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of ‘Silent Type’ Diesel generator set having Prime Power rating of 500 kVA, 415 Volts at 1500 RPM, 0.8 lagging power factor at 415 Volts suitable for 50 Hz, 3 phase system and for 0.85 Load factor and as per the detailed technical specifications. This also includes hiring of required machins/cranes for placing the DG set at desired location complete.

Supply & installation of suitable size exhaust pipe of MS ERW B class with aluminum cladding as per following including necessary support for exhaust pipe and clamping on wall as per site requirement

Supplying, Fixing and wiring earth electrode (600mmX 600mmX3 mm GI Plate) for grounding of DG set using 40 mm dia 2.9 mm thick 2.5 mtr long GI Pipe with GI funnel with mesh and suitable size reducer fixed on the top of the earth electrode. The funnel should be enclosed in a CC chamber of 400mm X 400mm X 400mm with a cast iron cover. The earth electrode shall have staggered holes of 12mm dia and the electrode should be covered 150mm all-round with alternate layers of salt and charcoal from the bottom of the CC chamber. The connection from the electrode is to be established through GI strip using GI nut bolts. (For Body earthing of DG set)

Providing, laying, and constructing suitable foundation, 600 mm above the ground level for the proposed DG set including all the civil works as per the OEM recommendations.

Providing suitable DG set Roof work B class GI pipe, GI hollow tube section, color coated galvanized aluminum sheet as required with self screws, welding, cutting, transport charges, labor charges etc complete.

Supplying of 1.1 kV LT UG cable XLPE , PVC extruded inner sheath armoured cable as per IS-7098 Part-1, Armouring strip thickness in average +5% and resistivity 14 Ohms/Kms(Max) as per IS-3975 Size : 3.5 C X 400 Sq mm

Labour charges for laying of 1.1 kV class UG cable in existing trench GI Pipe/stoneware pipe/on wall/on pole as required of size 400 Sq mm

Digging of trench of 0.6m deep X 0.50 mtr wide in hard soil refilling the trench to the required ground level and consolidating etc. Complete

Supplying and making end termination with brass compression glad and aluminium lugs for following size of XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 kV grade as required : 3.5 C X 400 Sq mm

Making of Core cutting size 300 mm dia for cable entry to the building including finishing the core complete

Cleaning of site by removing of existing vegetation and tree/tree branches cutting as required for preparing foundation of DG set. Also certain obstructions i.e. Tree, vegetation, cleaning the site etc. for smoothly placing the DG set at proposed location. This job also includes breaking the compund wall for easy access to place the DG set at proposed location and re-construct the compound wall etc.
