Repair/White washing

Repair/White washing of all the rooms including washroom of divisional office of MICD, Jammu as well as Chief Engineer’s room, retiring room & personal section of Chief Engineer Irrigation & FC Department, Jammu having walls/ceilings of 7300sq. ft. area (Approx.) The Job includes clearing the dirt and loose material using sand/ emery paper from the surface of the walls of the rooms which has to be white washed. Then, all the holes and irregularities of the surface of the walls of all the rooms shall be filled with lime putty. The job includes application of 1-2 coats of wall care putty of approved brand to all the walls as well as ceilings and then rubbing the wall surface for smooth finish by using sand/ emery paper. The Job further includes application of double coat interior wall primer of approved brand in order to ensure maximum adhesion of paint/emulsion so that the paint lasts longer and then applying 2 coats of paint using interior Emulsion of approved brand of required colour to give an even shade. The job also includes repair to washroom by way of replacement of English flush seat and other allied parts. Complete job includes cost of skilled / semi skilled labour, hire charges of scaffolding, cost of material, brushes, rollers, emery paper, putty blade, tools and tackles, carriage etc inclusive of all taxes.
