Wall painting with acrylic emulsion paint, having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound) content less than 50 g/L, of approved brand and manufacture, including applying additional coats wherever required, to achieve even shade and colour. Painting two coats after filling the surface with synthetic enamel paint in all shades on new plastered concrete surface.

Providing and fixing concertina coil fencing with punched tape concertina coil 600 mm dia 10 m openable length ( total length 90 m), having 50 nos rounds per 6 m length, upto 3 m height of wall with existing angle iron 'Y' shaped placed 2.4m or 3.00 m apart and with 9 horizontal R.B.T. reinforced barbed wire, stud tied with G.I. staples and G.I. clips to retain horizontal, including necessary bolts or G.I. barbed wire tied to angle iron, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge, with reinforced barbed tape(R.B.T.) / Spring core (2.5mm thick) wire of high tensile strength of 165 kg/mm2 with tape (0.52 mm thick) and weight 43.478 g/m (cost of M.S. angle, C.C. blocks shall be paid separately

Providing and fixing Steel work welded in built up sections/ framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required. In gratings, frames, guard bar, ladder, railings, brackets, gates and similar works including cost of materials, labour, usage charges of machinery complete as per specifications and as per directions of the Engineer-in Charge.

Finishing with Epoxy paint (two coats) at all locations prepared and applied as per manufacturer's specifications including appropriate priming coat, preparation of surface, etc. complete. On steel work including preparing the surface after thorougly cleaning oil, grease, dirt and foreign matter, cost of materials, labour complete as per specifications and as per directions of Enginer-in-charge.

KSRRB 300-45. Scarifying by manual means stone metal crust 50mm to 100mm thick along with premix carpet I surface dressing and stacking of old serviceable materials including cost of all labour charges complete as per specifications. MORTH I Chapter 3

Preparation and surface treatment of formation by removing mud and slurry, watering to the extent needed to maintain the desired moisture content, trimming to the required line, grade, profile and rolling with 8-10 t smooth wheeled roller, complete as per clause 310

Construction of dry lean cement concrete sub base over a prepared sub-grade with coarse and fine aggregate conforming to IS:383, the size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm, aggregate cement ratio not to exceed 15:1, aggregate gradation after blending to be as per specifications, cement content not to be less than 150 Kg/cum, optimum moisture content to be determined during trial length construction, concrete strength not to be less than 10 Mpa at 7 days, mixed in a batching plant, transported to site, for all leads & lifts, laid and compacting with 8-10 tonne vibratory roller, finishing and curing etc. complete as per direction of Engineer in- charge

Construction of M40 grade un-reinforced, dowel jointed, plain cement concrete pavement over a prepared sub base with Cement at 420 kg/m3, coarse and fine aggregate conforming to IS 383:2016, maximum size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm, mixed in a batching and mixing plant as per approved mix design transported to site, laid , spread, compacted and finished in a continuous operation using needle and screed vibrators including provision of, contraction, expansion, construction and longitudinal joints, joint filler, separation membrane, groove cutting, sealant primer, joint sealant, dowel bar, tie rod, admixtures as approved, curing, finishing to lines and grades as per drawing

Providing and laying 100mm thick factory made precast M -40 grade Cement Concrete Paver Block as per IRC SP 63:2018 & IS 15658 for Commercial Traffic Axle load repetitions more than 20MSA upto 50MSA & for Arterial streets of approved shape and colour, laid in required pattern and including over 40mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, filling the joints with fine sand etc. all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.(WMM/WBM Base , DLC to be paid separately as per relevant technical specification

Supply and fixing of door shutters made of rigid PVC extruded hollow section (Nandi or equivalent) of 20mmx200mm with the wall thickness of 1.0mm+/-0.1mm equally divided into 4nos with tongue an groove locking arrangements. The shutter frame is made of 30mm x 79mm with the wall thickness of 1.5mm+/-0.15mm section metric cut and joined at 4 corners with 125mmx225mm plastic brackets. The shutter shall be horizontally reinforced with 2nos of 8mm PVC rods. Teak wood battons shall be reinforced inside the door shutter during the fabrication of the door shutter at those points wherever the hardware is fixed on to the door shutter.
