Urgent repairs to multi stage VT pumping unit at Lift Irrigation Scheme Zandfaran Zogiyar.

Amount

a. Dismantling of pump at site by way of disengaging of motor from coupling, removing of bearing housing assembly, disassembling of discharge head from base plate, disengaging of column pipes from discharge bend, removing of column pipes and unscrewing of shafts at couplings one by one in a careful manner and then lifting of entire bowl assembly. The job involves using of highly skilled labour for careful disassembling of pumping unit which requires both skill and patience. The disassembled parts are then loaded in private load carrier to work shop for repairs. b. Machining of bowl parts on Lathe Machine to remove Ovalities and damaged portions of bush seat and wearing ring seats to make proper size and shape of the bowl parts(09 jobs). c. Fabrication providing fitting of SS-410 sleeves for Bowl Part to fitment of liner bush. OD = 110mm, ID = 86mm & Width = 85mm (03 no). d. Repairs to damaged Impeller by way of fabrication, providing and fitting of shield plates of both sides out of 4mm Thick SS-410 material Plate after proper bending as per requirement. OD 400MM, and duly welded SS Collar as acting neck ring of Impeller OD = 248mm ID = 225mm Width 30mm. The Job Also includes fabrication of Impeller fins and riveting of both plates by long SS Pins of length 75MM and machining as per required Size (03 no). e. Fabrication, Providing and fitting of rubber Liner Bowl Bush OD = 86mm, ID = 68MM & Length = 150mm (03 no). f. Fabrication, Providing and fitting of GM Impeller wearing ring of size OD 260mm, ID 242MM & Width 30mm(06 no). g. Fabrication, providing and fitting of GM Neck ring of size OD = 250mm, ID = 222mm & Width 30MM(06 no). h. Fabrication, providing and fitting of MUFF coupling locks of semi-circle shape.(8no). i. Providing & fitting of adhesive material for connecting of bowl stages.(01 c-job). j. Back carriage and reassembling of entire pumping unit in a sequential manner for proper fitment and alignment of mating parts at site. The job involves fitting of nuts and bolts for column pipes, discharge bend, base plate etc. and testing on full load. All the tools and tackles for disassembling/reassembling shall be provided by contractor (01 c-job).
