Notes for smart periodicals item no 1 to 4: (a) Work shall be done as per MoU between tenderer and manufacturer of paints and their authorized applicator complete all as specified and directed (b) The contractor shall upload MoU between tenderer and manufacturer of paints and their authorized applicator before quoting the bids and submit the same alongwith performance security of tender. (c) Cost of scaffolding at any height shall be included in thequoted rate. (d) Preparation of plastered or unplastered surface or removal of existing treatment by scrapping of walls, chajjas, ceilings, fins, fascias, parapets etc shall be done by using mechanial sander with internal dust extraction system for clean environment certified by the manufacturer. After the prepartion of surface written approval shall be obtained from GE before applying primer and further treatment/coats. Bldg wise stage passing register shall be maintained

(e) Finishes ie cement based paint, acrylic water based exterior grade primer, premium acrylic smooth exterior emulsion etc to walls, ceiling, chajjas, fins, fascias, parapets etc shall be applied using airless spray technology and capable of operating single spray gun with a suitable hose length. the spray machine should be of are putted manufacturer with pro-guard technology and capability of tracking pressure as well as paint and primer usage (f) This equipment shall be certified by approved manufacturer. (g) The accessories for applying the finishes shall be spray in hard to reach areas and penetration of finishes on the surface so as to achieve uniform application and quality surface finish.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for plastering 10mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in CM 1:4 (internal) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for plastering 15mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in CM 1:6 (External surfaces) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for seven stage cleaning and sterilization of inside the RCC/ PVC water storage tank of capacity not exceeding 500 Ltr of any description and in any position comprising following cleaning and sterilization of water anks through bacteriological treatment by using TERBAC G5/Inchor-5/NB-10/ TERBAC-G-65/ Inoxi-60/NB-69 AND ULTRA VIOLET RAY, Make: rays Cleantech/ Inus watertech/ satya enterprise. Location: SAA seven stages are as under plants: (a). First Stage is to drain out the water by using exit valve or high capacity dewatering system (b) Second stage is cleaning all the algae formation inside the tank by using TERBAC G10/ noe-60/NB-69 a laboratory tested branded chemical of the company ans scrubbing the walls of the tanks. (c). Third strage is fresh water cleaning by high speed jet pump. (d). Fourth stage and first bacteria screening is decertification by using TERBAC-G5/ Inohor-5/NB-10 a Govt Laboratory certified brannded halogen compound. (e) Filth stage is cleaning the floor of water tank by industrial vaccum cleaner. (f). Sixth stage is the second bacteno screening and sterilizing method by using ultra violet ray within the tnk and kills all suspended bacteria.

(g) Seventh stage of cleaning and third bacteria screening is to sterilize the floor of the water tank by using laboratory certified, branded strong oxidizing agent TERBAC-G65/Inoxi-60/NB-69 NOTE- COMPANY WILL SUBMIT GOVERNMENT LABORATORY TEST CERTIFICATE OF TERBAC- GS/INCHOR-5/NB-10, TERBAC-G65/ INOXII-60/NB-69, BEFORE CLEANING, FIX THE STICKER MENTIONING THE DATE OF CLEANING & NAME OF SITE AND ALSO PROVIDE CERTIFICATE CONFIRMING THE COMPLETION OF STERILIZATION OF WATER TANKS MENTIONING THE NAME OF STATION AND DATE OF CLEANING. ALL THE CLEANING & STERILIZATION STAFFS SHOULD BE UNDER ACCIDENTAL INSURANCE COVERAGE) (ii) OUTLET PIPE OF OHT SHOULD BE PLUGGED BEFORE CLEANING THE OHT TO AVOID ENTERING SCALS AND THE SAME SHELL BE RECONNECTED AFTER CLEANING THE OHT AND THE QUOTED RATE IS DEEMED TO INCLUDE FOR THE ROVISION (III) STERILIZATION TEAM WILL BE COMPRISED OF AT LEAST 30% MEMBERS WHO ARE MINIMUM 03 MONTS CERTIFICATE HOLDER IN WATER TANKS STERILIZATION.
