Taking down carefully copper/aluminium point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) complete, including GI earth wire on batten or in PVC conduit or in MS Conduit including fixtures and fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, fan regulators, sockets etc, removing materials to store for keeping in safe custody for reuse or for credit (credit for above items shall be made as per conditions separately) and making good disturbed surface of walls, floors, etc., complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for point wiring with two single core multi stranded copper conductor 1.5 Sqmm (nominal area) PVC insulated unsheathed FRLS colour code cable of 1100 volts grade drawn through and including non metalic rigid PVC conduit medium duty of suitable size not less than 20 mm dia with all standard fittings such as Tee junction, bends etc, concealed in wall/fixed on ceiling including M.S. sunken boxes of suitable size made of 1.6mm thick MS sheet duly painted with anticorrosive paint, for housing switches, fan regulators etc. with PVC cover sheet 3mm thick (Make : Hylam, Plaza, Havells, Kalinga) including 1.5 Sqmm (nominal area) multi stranded copper conductor PVC insulated unsheathed FRLS colour code cable of 1100volts grade for earth continuity, as for one light/exhaust fan or fan point (through regulator), controlled by one switch, complete all as specified and directed. Disconnecting and taking down ceiling fan of any sweep for carrying out overhauling such as cleaning, oiling, lubricating, greasing etc and replacement of minor parts such as washer, split pins/ blade screw etc and defective parts, if any, and refixing the ceiling fan fan on same location and connecting it properly and testing for noiseless running to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge. Note : (i). Defective parts required to be replaced shall be measured and paid for separately as supply only. (ii). Cost of the minor parts i.e. washer, split pins/ blade screw etc deemed to be included in unit rate & nothing extra shall be payable on this account.

Disconnecting & taking down (burnt) exhaust fan of any make 300 mm sweep, transporting to local workshop, opening, cutting and taking out complete copper winding, cleaning with kerosene oil / diesel/ turpintine oil and dried out, rewinding with new super enamelled copper wire of suitable size and gauge as recommended by the respective manufacturer, varnishing and heating the winding including providing paper insulation (cuff /strip type), replacing u/s spare parts (bush, bearing, capacitor etc), fixing the stator in rotor, properly aligned and reassembling ensuring right DOR, speedy and noiseless running and refixing at site or deposited in MES store as directed, complete all as specified and directed. Note: Bush, bearing, capacitor etc shall be measured and paid for separately.

Collecting unserviceable (burnt) table / cabin fan of any make and sweep up to 450 mm from MES store, transporting to local workshop, opening, cutting and taking out complete copper winding, cleaning with kerosene oil / diesel / turpintine oil and dried out, rewinding with new super enamelled copper wire of suitable size and gauge as recommended by the respective manufacturer, varnishing and heating the winding including providing paper insulation (cuff / strip type), replacing unserviceable spare parts (bush, bearing, capacitor etc), fixing the stator in rotor, properly aligned and reassembling ensuring right DOR, speedy and noiseless running and depositing in MES store, complete all as specified and directed.

Periodical maint to Fire alarm systems installed in AFNET (Exchange building) (two loop system ) of make Honeywell including replacement of faulty service parts of fire alarm system ( Fire alarm controll pannel ) The alarm function of controll and indicating eqpt (controll Pannel) shall be checked by operation of trigger of each zone. All fault indicators and their circuits shall be checked by stimulation of fault condition (SMOKE DETECTOR). Smoke detector shall be cleaned periodically so as to remove dust or dirt that accumulates on them due to local ambiant condition. At least each detectors shall be is cleaned twice in a month, MANNUAL CALL POINTS HOOTERS: All mannual call points shall be operated twice a month by removing glass cover or by actual braking go glass so as to ensure that system is capable of operation under alarm conditions and all hooters give proper sound, RESPONSE INDICTORS:- All detector which are placed in side a cabin or room shall be tested by indicating the particular detector so as to ensure the proper working of response indicator. WIRING AND CABLES : A visual inspection shall be made so that structure or occupancy changes do not damage cables and sitting of trigger device (mannual call points, smoke detectors and heat detectors) complete all as specified and directed. Material and labour for point wiring in replacement (FLP-WP) with two single core multi stranded copper conductor 1.5 Sqmm (nominal area) PVC insulated unsheathed FRLS colour code cable of 1100 volts grade drawn through and including ERW metalic rigid steel conduit medium duty of suitable size not less than 20 mm dia with all standard fittings such as Tee junction, bends etc, concealed in wall/fixed on ceiling including M.S. sunken boxes of suitable size made of 1.6mm thick MS sheet duly painted with anticorrosive paint, for housing switches, fan regulators etc. with PVC cover sheet 3mm thick (Make : Hylam, Plaza, Havells, Kalinga) including 1.5 Sqmm (nominal area) multi stranded copper conductor PVC insulated unsheathed FRLS colour code cable of 1100volts grade for earth continuity, as for one light/exhaust fan/bell point or fan point (through regulator), controlled by one switch, complete all as specified and directed. Note(s) : (i) Rate quoted shall be deemed to include cutting chases for concealing conduit and making good in cement mortar (1:4) or PCC (1:2:4) as required and finishing as per existing finishes. (ii). Switches and fan regulator etc., shall be measured and paid separately.

All as per item No 98 here-in-before but point wiring using 4 sqmm wire as main wire & 2.5 Sqmm continous earth wire, for one 16/25 Amps socket outlet point on independent board controlled by one single pole, one way switch complete all as specified.

Supply and fixing in replacement switch flame proof rotary type with termination box in LM6, 16A, single pole 250 V, complete all as specified and as directed. Make - Sudhir, Bajaj, Crompton.

Supply and fixing in replacement flame proof switch socket & plug combined in LM6 cable termination box in LM6, 16A, 250V, 2 Pole+earth, complete all as specified and as directed. Make - Sudhir, Bajaj, Crompton.

Supply and fixing in replacement LED light fitting 1x16 Watt flame proof, CMRI certified recommended for gas/ vapor group of IIA & IIIB, Zone 1 & 2 and IP 65 protection with die cast aluminum housing with heat resistant toughened glass with LED tube light fixtures driver, holders, connector etc. complete with all accessories prewired and including connecting up with three core flexible copper conductor cable with suitable size, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing (in replacement ) for two single core 16 Sqmm (Nominal area), 1100 volts grade (heavy duty) cable PVC insulated aluminium conductor, served with inner sheathing of PVC tape and overall PVC sheathed in service connections suspended by insulating hangers not more than 1 metre apart including 4mm suspension wire, complete all as specified and directed.

Note: The Total amount shall subject to adjustment of credit of Rs. 39,734.50 for old Materials as per Schedule of Credit.
