Schedule 'A' Part X Special item of Work (Concertina Coil): Concertina coil of 610mm dia razor type made out of 2.5mm dia SG hot galvanised spring tensile wire 145 to 150 N/sqmm zinc coating 240gms/sqmm (min), weight of coil shall be minimum 8.57kg/coil when being not stretched, stretch length of coil shall be 6.25Rm after laying. min nos of turns in each coil shall be 49/50. Galvanised razor ribbon type shall be of size 0.5mm thick,19mm wide before wrapping on central core wire. Concertina coil shall be fixed to angle iron swan neck supports using GI clips 125 to 127 Nos per coil and special nuts and bolts for holding coil together and extra two rows parallel wire of 10 gauge etc all as specified and as directed NOTE:- Stretch length of concertina coil shall be measured in running metre.

Water logging test with electro logging equipment & required machinery for ascertaining / logging aquifers encountered in bore well and arranging and defining the water availability test giving test report of Geohydrologist from Govt. approved laboratory recommending water bearing zones, TDS of water etc. complete as directed by Engineer in charge. Note : The contractor shall submit electro-logging result with recommended bore assembly details in duplicate for approval of AGE (I).

M&L for strata sample collection (at every change of strata) one set in suitable wooden box made up of 12 mm thick and with sliding / openable glass cover of 3mm thick, each sample strata should be produced and submitted to department including borewell assembly coloured chart in A4 size duly laminated and framed suitable for hanging on wall with following information furnished by the contractor on completion of the tubewell: (i) Total depth of tubewell drilled, type of size of pipe at levels. (ii) Strata chart of the tubewell indicating different type of soil formations met with at different depths and indicating the depth of each type of soil formation, (iii) Makring of Strata at levels (iv) Position of every joint in well assembly, (v) Method used for development, (vi) Total hours of development done, (vii) Developed discharge in L.P.S. (viii) Discharge is totally sand free or presence of sand particles is there, (ix) P.P.M and turbidity after development, (x) Pumping water level at developed discharge, (xi) Static water level.

Carrying out Chemical analysis of Borewell water sample in any Govt / SPCB approved / NABL accredited lab & submission of Test Report. Tests to be carried out Physical, Chemical and Bacteriological parameters in accordance with IS-10500 complete all as specified and as directed. Note- Quoted rate shall be deemed to be included collection of water sample from site

Sanitary sealing of tube well with PCC (1:2:4) type B1(using 20mm graded stone aggregate ) upto and a depth of 1mtr below ground level and 0.45 mtr above ground level (square type external dimension 600mm x 600mm) around tube well casing, platform of external dimension 1000mmx1000x150mm at ground level with PCC 1:4:8 type D2 foundation (using 40mm stone aggregate) including necessary form work complete all as specified and as directed.

Drilling 01 nos of pilot/trial bore by DTH method through any kind of soil, kankar, boulder or soft or hard rock down up to the 250 RM depth below ground level by using 6.5 inch dia drilling bit including the cost of mud pit channels etc and disposal of soil obtained to a distance not exc.1 km away complete all as directed.

Note: (i) The drilling shall be continued up to specified depth and in case snon availability at water, the location will be changed and fresh driling will be carried out as per direction of Engr-in-Charge. (ii) After completion of pilot/ trial bore, the contractor shall have to arrange for electro logging of each bore (water logging test with electro logging equipment shall be measured and paid as separate item under this Schedule). Without electro logging of bore, reaming work should not be started in any case. (iii) Rig plant along with necessary T&P for drilling bore shall be arranged including its transportation charges by contractor under his own arrangement/cost.

Development of trial/pilot bore holes-01 Nos into tube well to the dia upto 9 inch in alluvial in any type of strata complete by DTH method down to the depth as under including removal of soil obtained up to a distance not exceeding 1 Km and site clearance complete from ground level all as specified and as directed

(B) Control Panel : The Control Panel is manufactured with 16 guage sheet steel fabricated, dust & vermin proof with complete internal wiring and microprocessor based DG Set controller for both engine and alternator parameter in one console. The Control Panel consists of the following parts: (a) Auto Start Control Module and the Auto mains failure control module or latest model. (b) MCCB of Adequate rating (c) Indicating Lamps for DG ON, Main On, Load on DG, Load on Mains, etc (d) Key switch (e) Set of current transformers and control fuses and MCBs (f) Controller shall monitor and display the engine speed, oil pressure, coolant temperature, frequency, voltage, current, power factor and fuel level, Battery voltage and modules for comprehensive engine and alternator protection.

(C) BRUSHLESS ALTERNATOR:- (i) Alternator coupled to engine through a flexible coupling to an indigenous alternator mounted on strong steel fabricated base frame. (E) AMF PANEL OUTDOOR TYPE: The AMF Panel Outdoor type suitable for 15 KVA DG Set factory made out of CRCA Steel 3 mm thick Sheet floor mounted type and front operated type, totally enclosed dust, damp and vermin proof, all doors and joints will be suitable gasketed to form dust and vermin proof. The panel would be powder coated minimum thickness of 50 microns, stove enameled paint finished after elaborate pretreatment to form a long lasting characteristic.
