Dismantling steel work in built up sections in angles, tees, flats and channels including all gusset plates,bolts, nuts, cutting rivets, welding etc. including dismembering and stacking within 50 metres lead including all safety precautions to workers, equipments, machineries at the risk and cost of contractor etc., complete

Demolishing cement concrete manually / by mechanical means including disposal of material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer - in-Charge. Nominal concrete 1:3:6 or richer mix (i/c equivalent design mix)

Demolishing RCC structures ( two RCC Sump tanks and old cooling tower building) by mechanical means of using hitachi, safely placed on ground and disposal of dismantled material at eastern yard by transporting with in 1000 metres lead engaging crane, tipper etc.

Earth work in surface excavation not exceeding 30 cm in depth but exceeding 1.5m in width as well as 10 sq.m on plan including disposal of excavated earth up to 50 m and lift up to 1.5 m, disposed soil to be levelled and neatly dressed including all labour charges, hire for tools, all safety precautions provided at contractor’s risk and cost.

Laying 100 mm thick factory made cement concrete interlocking paver block of M - 50 grade or nearest made by block making machine with strong vibratory compaction, of approved size, design & shape, laid in required colour and pattern over and including 50 mm or more thick compacted bed of coarse sand, filling the joints with fine sand etc. all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge including side kerb wall, all labour charges,all material cost except paver block, hire for tools, all safety precautions provided at contractor’s risk and cost.(Paver block supplied by TCC free of cost)

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level:1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement - All work up to plinth level:1:1:5:3 (1 cement 1.5 coarse sand :3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level Mild steel and Medium Tensile steel bars (Required quantity of steel will be issued free of cost by TCC)

Reinforced cement concrete work in walls (any thickness), including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses, fillets, columns, pillars, piers, abutments, posts and struts etc. up tot floor five level excluding cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement :1:1.5:3(1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete above plinth level Mild steel and Medium Tensile steel bars (Reinforcement steel will be issued free of cost by TCC)

Centering and shuttering including strutting, etc. and removal of form for: Foundations, footings, bases of columns, etc for mass concrete

Solid block masonry using pre cast solid blocks ( Factory made) of size 30x20x20cm or nearest available size confirming to IS 2185 Part I of 1979 for super structure up to floor two level thickness 20cm and above in: CM 1:6 ( 1 cement : 6 coarse sand) etc complete( Required Cement & Solid Block will be supplied by TCC at Free of cost)

12 mm cement plaster of mix:1:4 ( 1 cement : 4 fine sand) (Cement will be issued free of cost by TCC)

Structural steel work in single section, fixed with or without connecting plate, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete.

Structural steel fabrication and erection at site for roof purlins, truss members etc., using standard sections as supplied from Stores, including painting two coats with chlorinated rubber paint above one coat of primer, setting and fixing to position by welding/ bolting, all safety precautions to men and materials, at contractor's risk and cost, all labour charges, hire for tools and plants, all other incidental expenses etc., complete. (Steel sections will be issued free of cost by TCC)

Fixing Galvalume roofing sheets(0.50 mm) thick, grey coloured, semi corrugated sheets at all location and heights upto 10m from ground level. The sheet shall be fixed by drilling holes for bolting and fitting roofing sheets in position with suitable GI bolts, nuts, GI washer etc and covering bolt holes using sealants, roofing compound etc. including cutting to size and shape wherever required, including all safety precautions to workers, equipments, machineries at the risk and cost of contractor etc.The supplied sheet shall be of Tata Durashine/JSW/Everest make complete. (Roofing sheets will be issued free of cost by TCC)

Fixing ridges or hips width 60 cm overall width plain G.S. sheet fixed with polymer coated J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 8 mm dia G.I. limpet and bitumen washers complete.0.80 mm thick with zinc coating not less than 275 gm/m2. (Ridges will be issued free of cost by TCC)

Providing and fixing 15cm wide ,45 cm overall UPVC water gutter with iron brackets 40*3 mm size,bolts,nuts and washers etc ( matching with the existing gutter) including making necessary connections with drain water pipes complete

Providing protection netting below the truss level using heavy duty nylon nets as supplied from Company, tying to columns, reinforcing netting using nylon ropes wherever required, as required for men working above roof for sheet dismantling and re-roofing, making nets to the required sizes, structures and tying to required places, removing whole netting after work, all labour charges, all safety precautions, at contractor's risk and cost, and all other incidentals etc., complete

Pulling and Fixing of steel rope for life line through which fabricated structure and bolting at the both ends including all safety precautions to men and materials like safety belt &temporary life line for hooking safety belt wherever necessary,safety helmet etc., at contractor's risk and cost, all labour charges, hire for tools and plants, all other incidental expenses etc., complete.

Engaging labourers for executing miscellaneous items of works at all locations and elevations, including all benefits payable, hire for tools, all safety precautions etc provided at the risk and cost of contractor.
