Eligibility Criteria

Bidders shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by Government of Karnataka

It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee and EMD into the respective receiving bank accounts of e-Procurement on or before the last date and time of bid submission.

EMD Payments through e-Payment mode shall be made as one single transaction and payments made in part are liable for rejection.

The Tenders are invited as per Standard tender Bid Document, All terms and conditions as per tender documents and Other details can be seen in the tender documents

Service provider should quote Service Charge in percentage for for COMPUTER OPERATOR one Month through e-procurement portal

The Basic rate and other as per the Labour department is applicable as and when changed and the service charges remains the same

Clause 13.2 Tenderer should quote keeping in mind statutory obligations i.e.tender bids of zero service charge or less than zero charges will be summarily rejected
