Dismantling Mild steel work or wrought iron work or cast iron work including CI pipes, bends, etc of any description and fixed in any position including taking up or down completed all as specifed and directed by Engr-in-charge.

S&F for Fe 410-W (Gde-E-250 quality) rolled mild steel framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces etc complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheet in or other covering doors etc to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fitting and also fastening completed all as specifed and directed by Engr-in-charge.

S&F for Fe 410-W (Gde-E-250 quality) Joist,channel, angle or tee setions, fixed independently, without connecting plates, etc (cut to ordinary lengths is within 20mm of the length indicated) completed all as specifed and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for welded steel wire fabric n exc 4 kg per sqm supplied and fixed completed all as specifed and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for preparation of new steel surfaces and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer completed all as specifed and directed by Engr-in-charge.

S & F for mild steel screw bolt (machine made) with hexagonal or square head at one end and screwed both ends each screwed end to fitted with washers and one hexagonal square nut n.exc. 5 cm long and n.exc. 10 cm long 5 to 10 mm completed all as specifed and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for preparation of old painted steel suface of any description over 10 cm with or girth and applying one coat synthetic enamel paint and all completed all as specifed and directed by Engr-in-charge.

S & F in repairs Galvanised, 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. as directed (each line wire to be measured) completed all as specifed and directed by Engr-in-charge.

S & F in repairs concertina coil of 610mm diameter made out of 2.6 mm dia spring steel core wire having zinc coating on core wire 230 G/Sqm (min) dipped with corrosion preventive fluid (rusilo 901) of castrol make in white colour and each coil having a minimum 50 turns (circles) and an average weight not less than 8.75 kg (plus or minus 5%) incluiding handle and spike at both ends of coil errected in position on top of compound wall by fixing with MS rod for securing including necessary welding to the MS sections etc all as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. MS rods will be measured and paid separately.

Dismantling of chain link fencing / expanded metal any thickness or mesh fixed with steel or steel frame work if any weight n exc 4 Kg per sqm completed all as specifed and directed by Engr-in-charge.

S & F for MS galvanised chain link fencing of grid size 40 x 40 mm, 2.8 mm dia wire with 0.6 mm PVC coating overall dia of not less than 4.0 mm incl line wires, rails straining bolts etc incl provn of and binding with GI binding wire of guage not less than 18, complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note : Supply only line wire and straining bolt and round bars will be measured and paid separately.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc. including provision of binding wire ( chain link fencing obtaied from item No 10 shall be used ) and fixing only iron cover fillets with bolts/nuts and round bars etc completed all as specifed and directed by Engr-in-charge. (Note : Iron cover fillets, bolts/nuts and round bars shall be measured and paid separately).

M&L for 10 mm dia round mild steel bars for binding concertina coil / chain link fencing and incl mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips quality conforming to Gde I IS 432 (Pt I) completed all as specifed and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Restaining rescuring including making good staples etc of barbed wire fencing galvanised two strand, galvanised steel barbed wire, 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings including securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire , steples or steel pin , etc as directed . ( Each line wire to be measured ) complete all as specied and as directed by Engineer in- charge .

Dismantling posts or struts (wood, steel or R.C.C.) any section, including taking out embedded portion and making good disturbed ground post embedded in natural ground completed all as specifed and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each n exc 0.5 cum, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25cm, watering, and removing surplus soil to a distance n exc 50 m and making good surface completed all as specifed and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M & L for Providing reinforced cement concrete type B-l, 1:2:4 (20 mm graded aggregate) in precast posts, fencing posts, straining or terminal posts, struts etc. for fencing, average sectional area n exc 100 sq. cm, with or without chamfered angles and flat, splayed, rounded or mitred tops as specifed and directed by Engr-in-charge. Note:- DIsposal of refuseincluding uding liquid removed from septic tank/manhole shall be the responsibility of the tenderer and nothing extra shall be paid on this account. Disposal shall be made in accordance with the regulations of civil authorities.

Opening the man holes of septic tanks, removing night soil, other sediments, solid waste, and liquid waste in any condition by pumping or any other mechanical means, cleaning internal surfaces of the tank with clean water and refix the man hole cover on completion of work, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer In Charge. Note:- (a) The night soil, other sediments, solid waste, and liquid waste in any condition removed from septic tank shall be taken away from respective vicinities and NB(K) Premises on closed containers/conveyance and disposed off out of defence land b) Disposal of the same shall be the responsibility of the contractor with out any extra expenditure to government. Disposal of waste shall be made in accordance with the regulations of authorities concerned. c) The unit rate quoted shall be deemed to be inclusive of cleaning the neared MH & sewage line from that MH to septic tank as directed by Engr-in-Chrage d) DIsposal of refuseincluding uding liquid removed from septic tank/manhole shall be the responsibility of the tenderer and nothing extra shall be paid on this account. Disposal shall be made in accordance with the regulations of civil authorities.

All as per item No.18 here-in-before but from manhole of sizes 60cm x 45cms completed all as specifed and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M & L for providing precast reinforced cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded aggregate as in cover slab for manholes etc. and similar articles with plain face completed all as specifed and directed by Engr-in-charge. Note : ( Reinforcement shall be measured and paid seperately )

M&L for Providing PCC 1:2:4 type B1, using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in copings including neccessary form work completed all as specifed and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) in foundation filling and mass concrete completed all as specifed and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Demoiltion of Brickwork of stone/boulder masonry, build in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc, but excluding ashlars facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles completed all as specifed and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for Brickwork with subclass ‘B’ bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in CM 1:6 completed all as specifed and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M & L for pre-cast cement concrete block masonry with solid blocks of cement concrete exc. 10 cm width and setting in cement mortar 1:6 type C-1, 1:3:6 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) completed all as specifed and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls etc including racking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc completed all as specifed and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for Rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in CM 1:6 and finished even and smooth with out using extra cement completed all as specifed and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for concrete bed to 150mm bore dia of drain pipes incl packing under and haunching against the sides of the pipes after they are laid and tested in PCC 1:3:6 type C2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate completed all as specifed and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for concrete bed to 100mm bore dia of drain pipes incl packing under and haunching against the sides of the pipes after they are laid and tested in PCC 1:3:6 type C2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate completed all as specifed and directed by Engr-in-charge.

S&F for 150mm dia SGSW laid in trenches and jointed completed all as specifed and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for hume pipe septic tank 50 Users capacity incl AC vent pipes excavation and earthwork erecting the hume pipe septic tank in position and connecting to sewage line etc all as specified and as directed and making good the disturbed surfaces and removing the surplus soil and old unserviceable septic tank complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Returning filling in including spreading levelling watering and well ramming of soil in layers nexc 25 cm thick completed all as specifed and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Removing excavated material from drains exc 1.50 Km but n exc. 5.0 Km above the starting point depositing where directed completed all as specifed and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Cleaning of closed drains up to 1mtr width (inside) and any depth irrespctive of any type of contents from top to bottom & getting out and removing the mud/ slushy silt and other waste or dirt to low lying area out side MD land and disposing off and refixing cover slab in same position completed all as specifed and directed by Engr-in-charge. Note : Disposal of waste removed from the drains will be responsibility of the contractor. Nothing extra shall be paid on this account.

All as per item No 44 here-in-before but width of drain exc 1 mtr but nexc 1.5m completed all as specifed and directed by Engr-in-charge.
