Excavation in foundation and trenches in all type of soil such as pickwork jumper work Kankar, moorum, shingles including decomposed soft and hard rock etcupto all heights stacking the excavated earth not more than 3mtrs clear from the edge of excavation and then returning the stacked soil in 15cm layers when required into plinths sides of foundations etc. consolidating each deposited layers by ramming and watering and then disposing of all surplus excavated earth as directed within a lead of 20 mtrs, in all kind of soil in PW & J.W 50% each.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:4:8(1cement:4approved sand:8app.graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work in foundation and plinth and as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge including entire carriage of material upto all leads and lifts.

Providing form work with steel plates 3.15mm thick welded with angle iron in frame 30x30x5mm so as to give a fair finish. Including centring,shuttering strutting and propping etc. with wooden battens and ballies height of propping and centring below supporting floor to ceiling not exceeding 4mtrs and removal of the same for insitu reinforced concrete and plain concrete work in:-

Flat surfaces such as soffits of suspended floors, roofs, landings and the like, floors etc., up to 200mm in thickness.

Vertical surface such as wall of (any thickness) partition and the like including attached pillaster buttresses plinth and string courses and like and as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge .including entire carriage of material upto all leads and lifts.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:1.5:3(1cement:1.5approved sand:3approved graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size)and curing complete excluding cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in:-

Foundation and plinth including entire carriage of material upto all leads and lifts.

Wall (any thickness but not less than 0.1m thickness) attached pillasters,buttresses plinth and string courses etc. from top to foundation level upto floor two level and as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.including entire carriage ofmaterial upto all leads and lifts.

Providing and laying cement concrete work 1:2:4 ( 1 cement :2 sand :4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size ) and curing complete excluding cost of form work and reainforcement for raiforced cocrete work in suspended floors,roofs, landings, shelves and their support balconies beams, girders bressumers and cantivlevers upto floor two level. including hieght and depths including all leads , lifts and carriage of material at site and as directed by the Enginner Incharge.

Providing tor steel reinforcement for RCC work including bending,binding and placing in position complete upto floor two level.as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge including entire carriage of material upto all leads and lifts.

Providing and fixing MS sheet manhole cover of 600 X 600mm to existing storage tank made of angle iron 40mm x 4mm base plate and manhole frame 35mm X 35mm X 4mm with MS sheet 2mm thick including cutting, welding, red lead paint and locking arrangement with lock complete including all leads, lifts and carriage of material at site and as per the direction of Engineer Incharge.

Laying, Jointing GMS pipes (light Grade) in scour pipe and overflow inlet and outlet. 40 mm

Steel work welded in built up sections, trusses, framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of red lead paint in gratings, framed guard bars, ladders railling, brackets and similar works with all leads and lifts.

Excavation in drains and channels etc in earth work in all kinds of soil such as kankar moorum , shingles, conglomerate saturated soil decomposed of soft rock & hard rock by blasting including dressing of sides and beds, disposing of excavated earth with in all leads and lifts, disposed earth to be levelled and neatly dressed and then returing the stacked soil in to foundation and trenches etc including ramming and watering and consolidating the same whereever required with all leads, lifts and including jungle clearance and as per the direction of the Engineer Incharge.

Laying, Jointing and testing in trenches galvanized mild steel tubes (Light grade) tube including all necessary fitting such as tees, bends, unions etc following dia metres of GMS pipes including all leads, lifts and carriage of material at site and as directed by the Engineer Incharge.

Providing, laying, jointing & testing in trenches high density polyethylene pipes for use for buried water mains and services. The jointing of pipe shall be done by butt fusion welding which shall conform to clause 3.2.1.2 of IS 7634 (part-II) 2012 etc each pipe shall be BIS marked (IS: 4984-1995 or latest with up to date amendments)of grade PE.63 of following nominal dia and of pressure rating as under complete in all respects including all leads, lifts at site as directed by the Engineer In charge. Providing and fixing double flanged cast iron sluice valve of following dia. of leader/Kirlosker/Bir/Kartar make as per IS 780 class PN-1.6 and capable of with standing the normal seat pressure as per IS 5312-1884P-1 and as per direction of the Engineer- in-charge.
