Part - A CIVIL WORK A-1 Demolition Work Removing of existing Carpet.

A-2 Finishing Work Providing and fixing 3.5 mm. thick (min.), veneer sheet of approved quality and make as approved by the Architect and Engineer-in-charge, as per the drawing, design and direction, with necessary screws, nails and glue over wooden surface etc. complete.

CLEAR PU Providing and applying ICA clear PU upto finishing (min 3 coats) including all material, labour including scaffolding etc. And and measurement of beading Patti shall be in evaluated in square meters only , including work in grooves, paint should be green and voc free ,edges etc. complete the work satisfactorily as per instruction of architect or Engineer- in charge.

Supply and fixing of Synthetic nylon heat set commercial heavy duty carpet having a pile height of 7 to 9 mm of 800-850 grammage with woven polypropylene primary backing and synthetic action back secondary backing as approved by the architect with base armour bedding etc. complete. The carpets shall be washable and shall be with fire retardant characteristics. The supplier shall give 10 years warranty for wear and tear of the carpet.

Providing and fixing floor in line and level as per drawing using 19mm + 4mm neoprene pad+19 mm thick BWP marine ply as per the pattern. Edges of ply panels shall be covered with 19 mm thick Balsad teak wood beading Patti. The ply shall be cut in size and supported on the MS framing. Framing shall be as per the drawing and it may be Indian teak wood or rolled steel sections like angles, teas. Framing will be measured and paid under relevant items. Rate shall be inclusive of making cut-outs for any services. One side of the ply panels shall be coated with two coats of wood primer and other side (outside) shall be coated with two coats of wood primer and three coats of enamel paint. The rate shall include making grooves around the walls/partitions with necessary hardware such as screws, coach bolt, anchor fasteners, nut bolts, clips, etc. All the wood shall be seasoned wood and proper ant termite treatment shall be done before fixing.

Part - B ELECTRICAL WORK Reparing of Automatic Hydraulic Doors with all necessary equipments (like electric panel, pneumatic valve, air cylinder, air compressor) and other accessories. Also providing service, reparing and maintenance of Automatic Hydraulic Doors without any extra cost within 01 (One) year warranty period.

Supply, Installation, testing & Commissioning of CCTV system with all necessary equipments and accessories like camera, camera LAN switches, NVR, NVR cabinet (rack) with cooling fan, CAT 6 UTP cable & other wiring accessories etc. Make and Vendor details of CCTV system : • Camera :- Hikvision, Honeywell, Panasonic, Dahua, Bosch or Equivalent • LAN Switch :- D-Link, Netgear or Equivalent • NVR :- Hikvision, Honeywell, Panasonic, Matrix, Dahua, Bosch or Equivalet • Cat 6 Cable :- Finolex, D-link, Commscope or Equivalent Also providing service, reparing and maintenance of CCTV system with necessary parts without any extra cost within 02 (Two) years warranty period.
