Only the OEM (M/s. Cummins India Limited) is eligible to participate in this tender. (Tenderer must submit documental proof)

Documents for the proof of ownership:- company registration certificate to be submitted.

Certificate on documents submitted: A copy of certificate stating that they are not liable to be disqualified and all their statements/documents submitted along with bid are true and factual. Standard format of the certificate to be submitted by the bidder is enclosed as Annexure -I. Non submission of a copy of certificate by the bidder shall result in summarily rejection of his/their bid.

Please enter the percentage of local content in the material being offered. Please enter 0 for fully imported items, and 100 for fully indigenous items. The definition and calculation of local content shall be in accordance with the Make in India policy as incorporated in the tender conditions.

Information/ certificates required as per Tender document for partnership deed, Article of association, MOU, JV AGREEMENT, Proprietary firm etc.

Self Attested copy of Experience Certificate of Previous Work Done -The bidder should submit documents related to completed/on-going similar service contracts during the last three previous financial years and the current financial year along with the details of payments received and percentage penalties imposed therein, to classify the completed/ on-going similar service contracts.

Being a single tender with OEM (CUMMINS INDIA LIMITED-PUNE. (94983)), no prescribed eligibility criteria is applicable for this tender. However the bidder can submit his/their credentials to establish his capacity to undertake the work along with the tender. The tenderer shall upload the documentary evidence in support of OEM to carry out the tendered work. Each page of the copy of documents/certificates in support of credentials, submitted by the tenderer, shall be self attested /digitally signed by the tenderer or authorized representative of the tendering firm.
