Taking down old unserviceable sub-main wiring aluminium/copper from surface/concealed conduits after necessary disconnection of electrical connection, making good to damaged surface of wall to match with existing surface with smooth finish complete all as directed and specified.

M&L for cutting upto a depth of 2.5 cm into brick/concrete/stone masonry walls, with or without reinforcement and trimming surface as required, for concealing PVC conduit 20/25mm dia and plastering in 1:4CM, applying two coats of approved quality white putty for making good with smooth finish to match with the existing specification of wall surface all specified and directed by engr-in-charge.

M&L for Sub main wiring with approved colour coding as per IS, single core FRLS PVC insulated flexible multi-stranded copper conductor 1.1 KV grade drawn through & including PVC grey conduit heavy duty with necessary accessories (like bend, juction boxes etc) including taking down old unserviceable sub-main wiring complete all as specified for following sizes of wires :-.

Two runs of 2.5 Sq.mm main cable alongwith one run of single core 2.5 Sq.mm for continuous earth wire

Two runs of 4.0 Sq.mm main cable alongwith one run of single core 4.0 Sq.mm for continuous earth wire

Two runs of 6.0 Sq.mm main cable alongwith one run of single core 6.0 Sq.mm for continuous earth wire

Two runs of 10.0 Sq.mm main cable alongwith one run of single core 10.0 Sq.mm for continuous earth wire

M&L for Sub main wiring with four runs of 10.0 Sq.mm main cable alongwith two run of single core 10.0 Sq.mm for continuous earth wire (with approved colour coding as per IS), single core FRLS PVC insulated flexible multi-stranded copper conductor 1.1 KV grade drawn through & including 32mm PVC grey conduit heavy duty with necessary accessories (like bend, junction boxes etc.,) including taking down old unserviceable sub-main wiring complete all as specified. (Note : GI saddle shall be used to fix PVC conduit and distance between two saddle shall not be exceed 1.2 mtr)

Labour only for disconnecting all electrical connection of Mains TPN DB in meter box, disconnecting the removing energy metes from meter box and stacking at site for re-use of serviceable meters, removing old rusted/damaged MS iron meter/DB box fixed flush (semi-concealed) to wall surface, making good to damaged surface of wall with kiln burnt subclass-B brick work and plastering with CM 1:4 for smooth finish, white washing the repaired surface after drying all as directed and specified. (Note : Necessary curing shall be carried out by contractor for repaired portion of walls)

Supply, installations, testing and commissioning CPRI approved factory made indoor cubical type panel box for fixing energy meter, 6 each separate compartment for each energy meter, fabricated using 2.0mm thick MS sheet, duly provided with 8 mm thick flame proof backelite/hylem sheet for mounting Energy meters in each compartment, and provision pre-wiring and fixing of incoming and outgoing control MCCB/MCBs, each meter compartment shall provide with front opening hinged door with internal or external locking arrangement. MS box duly painted with two coats of powder coated Semense gray paint over a coat of red oxide primer. The meter box shall designed and fabricated for fixing 01 x MCCB 160 Amps, 4 pole as incomer and vertical or horizontal copper busbar chamber for taking connection to incomer MCB of each meter by using 10 Sqmm, PVC insulated multi-stranded copper conduction wire single core in proper colour codes all as specified to accommodate as under :-(a) MCCB 160 Ams, 4 pole, 16 kA, (Ics=100 % of Icu) - as incommer(b) Copper Busbar 200 Amps duly sleev insulated for set of 3 phase, 4 wire system - 01 Set(c) 2 runs of PVC insulated single core multistraded FRLS grade copper wire for connection from busbar to input supply of Each energy meter by using necessary copper alloy lugs/thimbles.(d) MCB SPN 63 Amps on each meter incomming pre-wired - 6 Nos (Two outgoing on each meter)(e) MCB SPN 40 Amps on each meter outgoing pre-wired - 12 Nos (Two outgoing on each meter)(f) LED Indicator lamp (R,Y,B) - Set of Three. Note : Quoted rate includes the cost of all necessary clamp, wall fasters for fixing meter panel on wall surface and re-fixing energy meter inside panel, making all incoming and outgoing electrical connections with existing input cable and outgoing wires.

Taking down carefully MCBs and DBs TPN/SPN by disconnecting electrical connections and stacking at site for re-use after repairs or shifting unserviceable DBs/MCBs to store for taking credit, making good to damaged surface to match with existing specification all as specified and directed.
