CEMENT CONCRETE (CAST IN SITU)
Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level :
1:1½:3 (1 Cement:1½coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources: 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources)
1:3:6 (1 Cement : 3 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources)
REINFORCED CEMENT CONCRETE
Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement - All work up to plinth level :
1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size de rived from natural sources)
Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for
Foundations, footings, bases of columns, etc. for mass concrete.
Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level.

MASONRY WORK

FINISHING
12 mm cement plaster of mix :

Dismantling and Demolishing
Demolishing cement concrete manually/ by mechanical means including material shall be removed from the campus and disposed of at the contractor's account. as per direction of Engineer - in - charge.
Nominal concrete 1:3:6 or richer mix (i/c equivalent design mix)
Demolishing R.C.C. work manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of steel bars in Engineering Unit store and disposal of unserviceable material shall be removed from the campus and disposed of at the contractor's account. as per direction of Engineer - in- charge.
Demolishing brick work manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material in Engineering Unit store and disposal of unserviceable material anywhere in the campus as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling C.I. pipes including excavation and refilling trenches after taking out the pipes, manually/ by mechanical means breaking lead caulked joints, melting of lead and making into blocks including stacking of serviceable pipes in Engineering Unit store & Dismantling manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable pipes in Engineering Unit store and disposal of unserviceable material shall be removed from the campus and disposed of at the contractor's account.as per direction of Engineer-in-charge :
Up to 150mm diameter
Dismantling steel cylinder R.C. pipes including excavation and refilling trenches after taking out the pipes, manually/ by mechanical means breaking lead caulked joints, melting of lead and making into blocks including stacking of serviceable pipes in Engineering Unit store and disposal of unserviceable material shall be removed from the campus and disposed of at the contractor's account. as per direction of Engineer-in-charge :
Up to 600 mm diameter
Dismantling PVC pipes including excavation and refilling trenches after taking out the pipes, manually/ by mechanical means breaking lead caulked joints, melting of lead and making into blocks including stacking of serviceable pipes in Engineering Unit store and disposal of unserviceable material shall be removed from the campus and disposed of at the contractor's account. as per direction of Engineer-in-charge: 300mm diameter or above
Dismantling concrete cover slab including stacking of serviceable material in Engineerin Unit store and disposal of unserviceable material shall be removed from the campus and disposed of at the contractor's account.
Cutting the bituminous / concrete roads with cutting machine for a minimum depth of 200mm along the proposed alignment of the pipe to be laid without causing any damage to other utilities, including the charges for hire and conveyance of tools and plant, cost of consumables and charges for lighting, watching, ribbon fencing, caution boards, traffice diversion, and as per the direction of departmental officers etc. complete, before carrying out the demolition of bituminous / concrete road by mechanical means and carrying out the excavation.
WATER SUPPLY
Cutting holes up to 15x15 cm in R.C.C. floors and roofs for passing drain pipe etc. and repairing the hole after insertion of drain pipe etc. with cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size), including finishing complete so as to make it leak proof.
Providing and fixing Polyvinyl Chloride (PVC) pipes, including all PVC plain & brass threaded fittings This includes jointing of pipes & fittings with one step PVC solvent cement, trenching, refilling & testing of joints complete as per direction of Engineer in Charge. External work

DRAINAGE
Dismantling of manhole including R.C.C. top slab, C.I. cover with frame, including stacking of useful materials in Engineering Unit store and disposal of unserviceable materials anywhere in the campus as per direction of Engineer-in-charge:
Rectangular manhole 120x90 cm and 90 cm deep
Supplying and fixing Fiber Reinforced Plastic(FRP) cover with frame for manholes.
600x600mm square FRP cover (Light duty) the weight of cover to be not less than 14kg
WATER PROOFING
Providing Fibre lamination works to the RCC structure using resine fibre glass and chemicals after washing the surface roughly cleaned and dry fill in the cracks with suitable putty, first apply the resine to the surface well spread and pressing, applying a second layer of resin to smooth finish for forming the whole to a solid mass including cost and conveyance of all materials and labour charges etc. complete as per the instructions of the dept. officers
Providing and laying water proofing treatment over the concrete surface by applying cement based two component polymer modified water proofing slurry coating coating (SIKA 109 TOP seal or equivalent) after cleaning the surface free from scale, rust, grease, oil etc. preparing the surface to be true and flat and saturated mixing the liquid (A) and powder (B) components in the ratio 1:4 by weight, applying in two coats with an interval of 2 to 6 hours for hardening in between and finally finished by rubbing down with a soft, dry sponge including protecting the applied surface from direct sunlight and storng wind and curing by gunny bags or polythene sheeting upto 5 days etc. complete.
