COST AND SUPPLY OF NEW BRASS KALAYAI 20 NOS FOR PRASADAM PREPPARATION IN BHUTADI 2026

Selling of old damaged Brass Kalayai available in Bhutadi Store on "As Is It Where Is It" condition, including loading, lifting and transportation by the purchaser. The successful bidder/purchaser shall remit the full sale value to the Devasthanam before taking delivery of the material. The quantity and condition of the Brass Kalayai shall be inspected by the bidder prior to purchase, and no claims will be entertained after sale. The sale proceeds shall be payable to the Devasthanam.

Supply, fabrication and fixing of New Brass Prasadam Kalayai made of 1st quality pure I.C.C. (Indian Copper Corporation) brand brass containing 70% Copper and 30% Zinc, with dimensions of 33" width, 13¼" depth, 43" all-round length and 28" bottom jeenom, fabricated using 25 mm to 30 mm thick brass plates with an approximate weight of 150 kg. The item shall include all materials, labour, fabrication, polishing, transportation, loading, unloading, conveyance, tools and tackles, and fixing on the existing oven frame, complete with neat finish as per approved drawings and specifications. The contractor shall submit Manufacturer's Test Certificate, Laboratory Test Report and Authorized Metallurgical University/Government-approved Testing Institution Certificate confirming the quality and composition of the brass material(70% Copper & 30% Zinc) supplied.
