Note-1:- All works shall be carried out as per Public Works Department, Hand Book & other specifications of Division or as directed.

Note-2:- All the columns in Schedule should be filled in digitally & the total of the entries in the last column should be struck by the

contractor under his digitally

Note-3:- Rates quoted include clearance of the site (Prior commencement of work & at its close) in all respects & hold good for

work under all conditions, site.

Note-4 The payment shall be made after availability fund. The contractor has no any claim in this regard.

Note-5 The Contractor shall exhibit a board with detailed specification and details of work as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge

for which no extra payment shall be made.

Note-6 The labour cess will be deducted as per prevailing rules i.e.1% of the work done.

Note-7 GST and Income tax TDS will be deducted at a source while making payments of bills

Note-8 In all R.C.C. Items in Rate Analysis Standard Cement Consumption has been taken as per Govt.G.R.:PRC-10/2017 Cement

design the cost of difference of cement consumption have been deducted from the rate of original item at the rate of input rate

mentioned in all the tender.
