M&L for prepartation of old painted wooden surfaces over 10 cm width or girth not otherwise described and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for prepartation of old painted steel or iron surfaces over 10 cm width or girth not otherwise described and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint, complete all as specified and directed. Note For Srl Item No. 01 to 09 :- The rates quoted against those items shall being to be included for the use of scafolding, ladders, cradles etc, removing nails, making good holes, cracks etc removing furnitures, cub boards, washing floors, floor and wall tiles,cleaning glasses, joinerys, electric fittings, wiring, conduits etc of drops, splashes and living premises clean and tidy upto entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge,

Demolition of brick masonry in any position built in any cement mortar, complete all as specified.

M&L for brick work with sub class ‘B’ bricks, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 metre mean radius in cement mortar (1:4), using old size bricks, complete all as specified.

All as per item No.11 above but except bricks. Note:- Serviceable bricks retrieved from Serial item No. 10 here-in-before shall be used after proper washing.

Taking down cement plaster on brick walls & concrete surfaces & the like including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc., any description, including removal of rubbish outside MoD land, complete all as specified.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick on brick or concrete surfaces in cement mortar (1:4) finished even and fair, complete all as specified. Note: The rate quoted by contractor is deemed to be included necessary scaffolding and form work as required upto 12.00 Mtr height building.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick on brick or concrete surfaces in cement mortar (1:6) finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified. Note: The rate quoted by contractor is deemed to be included necessary scaffolding and form work complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 10 mm thick in cement mortar (1:3), as on concrete surfaces (such as chajjas, balcony,mumty and staircase flight ceiling etc.) finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in -Charge. Note: The rate quoted by contractor is deemed to be included necessary scaffolding and form work as required upto 12.00 Mtr height building.

Reparing to concrete chajja, facias, columns, beams & loft of staicases etc and like by providing PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 including neceesaary formwork or provision of rendering 15 mm thick (avg thickness)in cement mortar (1:3) with chicken wire mesh after applying a coat of cement of slurry @3kg/sqm of surface finished even and fair, surface area not exceeding 600 mm wide in patches including taking down swollen/damaged plaster or concrete upto 12 mtr height complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge. Note: The rate quoted by contractor is deemed to be included necessary scaffolding and form work.

Material and labour preparation of new plastered surfaces and apply two coat of oil bound distmper over 1mm thick wall care putty to smoothening the surface by using sand paper, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered or un plastered ceiling surfaces of any description and applying three coats of white wash complete all as specified.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of cement base paint complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for applying Two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over new surfaces, complete all as specified and directed. Note: Weather proof exterior emulsion paint and primer shall be of same manufacturer.

M&L for Writing letters or figures (Block,Roman, Italic or indian) nexc 30cm high,shall be painted with thick paint, so that they stand out boldly and solidly without showing signs of brush marks, if necessary, they shall be repainted until the desired result is obtained.

Raking out joints/ pointing to brick work in walls or to bricks on edge in floors, surface channels, roofs,built in cement plaster etc complete all as specified.

Demolition of lime concrete/ lean concrete/ brick bats from sunken portion exc. 15 cm thickness (above ground level), including removal of rubbish outside MoD land, complete all as specified.

Water proofing treatment to sunken portion of WCs, bathroom etc. by applying cement slurry mixed with Acrylic based polymer modified cementitious composite compound coating of make as approved in Technical Instruction 5/ 2003:- (a) 15 mm thick plaster (1:4) in cement sand mortar with integral water proofing compound 2 % by weight of cement on floor and wall, finishing the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement. The surface shall then be cured and allowed to dry. (Note: Supply only water proofing compound shall be measured and paid separately). (b) First layer of slurry of cement @ 0.488 Kg/Sq.m mixed with Acrylic based polymer modified cementitious composite compound @ 0.253 Kg/Sq.m. This layer will be allowed to air cure for 4 hrs. (c) Second layer of slurry of cement @ 0.242 Kg/Sq.m mixed with Acrylic based polymer modified cementitious composite compound @ 0.126 Kg/Sq.m. This layer will be allowed to air cure for 4 hours followed with water curing for 48 hours.

M&L for PCC (1:2:4), type B-1, using 20 mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregates, using integral water proofing compound @ 3% by weight of cement, as in padding concrete to sunken floor, covering to junction of floor and vertical walls including chamfering on edges, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in -Charge. Note: Supply only water proofing compound shall be measured and paid separately

M & L for Vitrified ceramic coloured tiles, dark shed,9mm to 10 mm thick (square/ rectangular) area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 Sq.m, laid in floors with neat cement slurry @ 3.00 kg/Square Metre over and including 15 mm thick screed bed of cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement with pigment to match the shade of tiles, complete all as specified.
