Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) in soft/disintegrated soil, each not exc 0.5 cum, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25 cm around foundation concrete as ordered, watering and removing surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 m and making good surface, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in foundation, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling structural steel work including doors, gates but excluding framed truss etc complete all as specified & directed.

S & F mild steel rolled section such as main and cross beams, hip and jack rafters, purlins where connected to common rafters and running rails and guides for sliding doors fixed with angle cleats or other connecting plates confirming to Fe 410-W(Gde E-250) quality-'B' and including one coat of red oxide primer complete all as specifed and directed.

S & F for mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, length of bolt not exceeding 5cm long and dia of neck exceeding 5mm but n.exc 10mm complete all as specified and directed.

S & F for MS plates (plain or chequered) channels, square cut or notched (ordinary and counter sunk) forming holes, without any attachment & confirming to Fe-410W grade E-250 quality 'A' and including one coat of red oxide primer complete all as specifed and directed.

M & L for preparation new or previously untreated steel surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint of 1st grade quality complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling plain or corrugated steel sheeting, any gauge, thickness, including Nainital or similar pattern roof coverings complete all as directed.

S & F for pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws or fixed with L-type or J-type or cranked hook bolts cook as per manufacturers instructions complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of interlocking tiles of any description, any thickness and removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as directed.

M&L for 60mm thick precast interlocking paving blocks factory made using grey cement and no pigment, casted in an automatic plant working on vibration and simultaneous hydraulic compression from top, confirming to IS-15658-2006 and of shape haxagon/ triangular/ zigzag/ I-shaped etc. as directed having compressive strength not less than 350 Kg/ Sqcm laid over and including 25 to 30mm thick layer of sand cushioning including filling the interstices with & including sand complete all as specified and directed.

Ditto as per Srl item No 11 (here-in-above) but except interlocking paving blocks i.e. using old interlocking paving blocks obtained from dismantling under serial item No. 10 (here-in-before) laid over and including 25 to 30mm thick layer of sand cushioning including filling the interstices with & including sand complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for etc and removal all rubbish material to a distance n.exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified & directed.

M & L for precast (factory casted) cement concrete kerb stone casted in PCC (1:2:4) type B1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) with plan or interlocking joints (as directed), including making groove in ground of desired dimension, placing in erect position Kerb stone in edging and including set and jointed in cement mortar 1:6, making good disturbed surface of ground complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 40 mm thick plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1, (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in path and ramp, finished top even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down existing steel rolling shutter size not exceeding 13 Sqm with all connecting items and repairs/ replace the lath of steel rolling shutters and locking arrangements, greasing, tightening of helical wire spring & including welding wherever required, oiling etc and make in serviceble condition and including applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint & including prepration of old painted surface and re-fixing in the same opening complete all as specified and directed. Note:- The spare parts will be measured and paid separateley against appropriate items of BOQ as supply only.

Supply only ball bearings for rolling shutterrs of existing/suitable size as requried complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in renewal for 1.25mm thick Steel rolling shutters, without ball bearing & incluidng top cover, anchrong rod, hasp and staple and including one shop coat of primer; erected in position as indicated, push pull or manual type complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparing old plastered surfaces of walls and applying one coat of cement base paint of first grade quality, white or any tint, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix APP polymeric water proofing membrane, minimum 3mm thick and weighing not less than 3.5 Kg/Sqm of make super thermolay manufactured by STP Ltd or ‘Hyper Plas’ (Polyster) manufactured by M/S IWL Ltd or ‘Shaliplas’ (polyester) manufactured by M/S Capital Steels and chemicals Pvt Ltd or Hydrostop water proofing memdrane manufactured by M/S TIKIDAN as approved by GE, black finish reinforced with non-woven polyester matt (weighing not less than 150 gm/Sqm), with a thermo fusable finish laid over compatible bitumen primer (Bitumen primer shall be TANK MASTIC of M/S STP Ltd or ‘EMW FLATE’ of M/S Texas India Ltd} at the rate of 0.40 Kg/Sqm torching overlaps with a propane or a butane gas torch, with a overlap of 75mm at the sides and 100mm at the ends and sealing with a coat of cold emulsion bituminous primer all as per manufacturer’s instructions, over and including screed bed or bedding layer of mortar, 15 mm thick, in cement mortar 1:4, mixed with water proofing compound (ISI marked) @ 3% by weight of cement or as per manufacturer’s instructions, finished top even & fair for laying floor finishes and including taking down old screed bed complete all as specified and as directed. Note: (i) Coved fillets in PCC(1:2:4) type B-0 using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate, of radius 75mm shall be provided at the junction of roof and parapet wall/mumty/chimney/other vertical surfaces and thereafter surface painted with hot paving bitumen of Grade 30/40 confirming to IS-73, applied @1.20 Kg/Sqm over a coat of bituminous primer confirming to IS-3384 applied @ 0.40 Kg/Sqm. (ii) Polymeric membrane shall be taken to a height of 60cm (minimum) and then inserted inside the groove of parapet wall of brick masonry and shall be finished by a membrane flushing. (iii) The waterproofing treatment shall be got carried out by the manufacturer or their authorized applicators. (iv) In case of stone masonry parapet wall etc a groove of size 25mmx25mm(minimuim) shall be made in coved fillet at the junction of roof and parapet wall/mumty Chimny/other vertical surfaces and polimeric membrane insterted in groove and sealed with paving bitumen. (v) Exposed surfaces of APP membrane shall be applied with one coat of bituminous aluminium paint @ 150 ml/Sqm. (vi) Above aspects are deemed to be included in quoted rate. (vii) Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid separately under respective item of BOQ.

Supply only integral water proofing compound ISI marked as approved complete all as specified and directed.
